Honestly a gift from above! I've been in the event biz for over 35 years, and I have been faced with challenges obstacles countless times. It's a company like PDQ that saves the day. I used to order from PDQ when I used to work for a real estate company and they were very sweet (used to order weekly from them) but now.....
If you're order is small around $400 and you are an individual not with a company anymore, then you are out, you are a nobody.
Don't waste your time because they will ignore you.
Front desk person is very rude and deceiving. So is the sales person, they work as a team against you.
Read Samantha G's review and she is correct.
Do not support this business because they are not for locals.
Support local businesses NOT PDQ.

Rachell is nothing else but awesome and the entire staff of PDQ is "da-bomb"!!!
In 30 years that my artwork has been published around the world, this is by far the best printing company have worked with! Color accuracy, sharp, clean and fast turnaround time.
I know I am picky when it comes to my art, and they nailed it at the first shot! A big round of applause to all of them!

I wish I could give this company 10 stars!! I can not say enough about the service and quality that we received. We were in Las Vegas at a Trade Show and desperately needed print material that another printer had canceled. We had errors in the layout of our new catalog.
I found PDQ on Yelp and stopped by their office. Elena was so nice and professional and really took the time to look at the work we needed and explained our options. We received a quote and they fixed all of the issues with our layout! PDQ printed our materials literally over night and we had what we needed for our Trade Show!

Once again, my outstanding Client Service Representative Anthony Patti and his team at PDQ hit it out of the ballpark. As usual, I had a complicated printing project that needed to be turned around as quickly as possible, and, as usual, Anthony delivered on his promise to have my booklets to me on time without compromising the quality of the finished product. I had a very specific idea in mind of what I wanted but had never worked with a commercial printer before. Elena was wonderful at guiding me to exactly what medium to print on, and then Jon did a fabulous job of taking my direction and designing the piece so it is exactly what we wanted- and they worked very fast and had the whole project done in just a couple of days. This print shop is absolutely wonderful. I get art prints through them and they are always very great quality and very reasonably priced. My prints always come out beautiful. Jocelyn Villanueva has always helped me with my prints and she has always been super helpful and responds quickly and is so kind. I love this shop and would recommend them to anyone.

Always on time and reliable for printing needs, PDQ Printing has helped me with many orders for autograph signing cards and have had no complaints on the quality or ability to sign on the card stock. Turnaround is incredibly fast and pricing is very competitive. The showroom is nice and open which shows all of their capabilities. The location is conveniently located off valley view just north of the Rio Hotel/Casino. I know they've started printing apparel which is a great addition to the services they already have. Don't go anywhere else for printing needs they are the full package

I worked with Kristi when I lived and worked in Las Vegas. When I moved to Tulsa, OK and took a similar position, I needed a trusted printer. I priced out other local vendors, but no one presented competitive pricing or the same level of quality. PDQ always goes above and beyond to give quick quotes on the best quality products. I do marketing and graphic design for a local architecture firm, so we always need various items printed or made (proposals, banners, brochures, etc) and our deadlines are usually less than perfect. PDQ is our go-to printer because they've pulled through amazing quality even in the tightest deadlines. Rachell Thomas always takes care of me. Don't feel like taking my business anywhere else!

Usually, local printers are extremely hard to work with, especially when it comes to deadlines and quality. PDQ was a breath of fresh air. I came to them with a pretty difficult custom project and a tight deadline - they came in under everyone else and delivered better than expected. Big thumbs up to them and their team, especially Elena Neculae. Elena was AMAZING to work with. She's attentive and always available to answer questions and insure that the quality is there. Is there a way for me to give 10 stars?? PDQ was fantastic to work with from start to finish - you could tell they genuinely want to be your partner regardless of how large or small your order is. They were helpful and understanding when I realized there was a small mistake in what was approved for printing, and worked with me to find a great solution to what would have otherwise wound up being a large problem. They will be my go to printer in Las Vegas!

These guys are the hidden secret weapon for anyone doing a tradeshow at the Las Vegas Convention Center!
CES, NAB, SEMA whatever - these guys did perfect collateral and brochure and sign printing for me - it was a quick Uber ride from the tradeshow floor to pick it up and I saved a FORTUNE over shipping collateral in and freight handling and hassle - and the price for the printing itself was less than my local printer!
Can't recommend these guys enough - Travis was my rep and he went over, above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our jobs were done right and on time...

It never fails: every year we tell ourselves we'll get our new trade show signs done before we ship to NAB, and every year, the signs are finished after the truck leaves Houston.
The next call we make is to PDQ. Even though we're two time zones away, it's a matter of emailing the file over, reviewing the proof, and boom... the signs are ready when I get to Vegas. PDQ does high quality work and uses the right materials, and after 3 years of using them and having great results it's at the point where I don't even worry about it. I just call them and everything works out

I used PDQ's online form to submit a request for an estimate for 2,000 flyers to be printed and in my hands within 48 hours notice. Within 10 minutes, a representative from PDQ was on the phone with me walking me through everything they would need and telling me that this would be a breeze. They were right! PDQ was exceptionally easy to work with, and my flyers were waiting for me at the convention center when I touched down in Las Vegas. They were fantastic quality and WAY cheaper than any other option. For reference, UPS had quoted me over $800 for flyers printed on the standard paper you'd use

I am part of a Canadian company, we were heading to Vegas to exhibit in a major trade show and needed a local printer to handle our brochures, 3 different flyers and even some large printing signage. We chose PDQ based on google reviews and now I am here to say, hands down the best place we've worked with in USA. The printing quality was excellent! We worked with Russ, and the guy is really good, he understood our needs, made suggestions, recommended different finishes that dropped the cost down and still met our expectations for quality, the constant care and nurture of each project was the best

PDQ Printing have been by far the best print shop to work with. Anthony and Darlene have always very responsive and amazing. Anthony has always been able to handle my request and respond quickly. I've used them before for work and personal printing, and each time have exceeded expectations. Great prices and quick to ship. One of my clients recently attended Call Center Week at The Venetian. The online printer I had used missed their estimated delivery, leaving me trying to find a printer who could print and deliver a large order within three hours. Denise at PDQ sent an estimate within minutes and even offered to hand-deliver the prints to my client if her courier was unable to meet the tight deadline.
