Services
Our 1-bedroom Apartment is our most popular option, featuring an open or "Loft" floor plan that feels spacious, airy and bright. In a 1-Bedroom unit, the kitchen area has a clear view into the living room with raised pass-through counter-top and seating area. Bedroom is sheltered but visible directly adjacent to the living room.
The 2-bedroom floor plan has all the same open-space features that we love about in from the 1-bedroom plan, with the addition a of private 2nd bedroom. In a 2-Bedroom unit, centralized front entryway grants access to the kitchen and living areas. The kitchen features a huge, peninsula work-space and seating area The first bedroom is sheltered but visible, directly adjacent to the living room.
The studio units have access through the shared hallway entrance as well as private entrance from the front of the building. Street parking is available right out front for easy entry. Front doors open into a large, open living space ready for your inspiration. Kitchen and bathroom are over-sized, located towards the rear of the unit.
