I lived here for 5 years and loved every second and was so sad when I eventually had to move for my husband's work. The office staff are phenomenal! Brooke, Tiffany, and Steve do such a wonderful job running things and are such a delight to chat with. Our apartment was comfortable, stylish, and had all the features we were looking for. The complex is adjacent to many acres of forest and fields with endless hiking trails. We were able to walk to very close by grocery shopping and amazing local restaurants. The bus line is very close if you want to take public transit (which is free!) and the area

It's really comfortable to live here! It's very suitable for relaxing tired body after a day's class. The light on the balcony is very good. I often sit on the deck chair on the balcony and enjoy afternoon tea! Neighbors are also very quiet and can keep pets. This is the most comfortable neighborhood in Corvallis.

The staff were absolutely AMAZING in helping me move. I relocated here from California, and they made the burden of moving to another state that much easier. They allowed me to have many of my furniture items shipped in advance and were able to hold them in the office for me until my arrival (this meant I had less stuff to transport, yay!). Also, we arrived fairly close to the end of the business day, however, they kept the office open for me so that I could go back and forth with my packages at my leisure. The truly went above and beyond. I couldn't be more pleased.

I lived at Timberhill Meadows for 4.5 years and I'm really sad I had to leave. The folks that work here are fantastic. Brooke, the property manager, is super professional and friendly. Steve, the on-site maintenance person, is also really friendly and trustworthy, and he would get to maintenance issues usually within a day. I've seen a few office employees come and go, but I also always had a positive experience with them.
These apartments also put money into landscaping, re-painting the parking lot every so often, cleaning your windows or the side of the buildings, etc. so I always felt like
