Services
In 1993, while playing for the NFL Arizona Cardinals, my wife Kelly and I chose Greensboro, N.C. as our home. Little did we know that we would be extremely blessed to have a NFL playing career that would span 17 years and include additional seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, Chicago Bears, St. Louis Rams, Carolina Panthers and the Indianapolis Colts.
Proehlific Park's after-school program has been an absolute life saver this past year, not only for me as a parent, but for my child as well! He absolutely loves going to Proehlific, loves all of the sports and activities he gets to do, friends he has made, and most of all, LOVES the coaches and Angie!
Mission of PSP: The Mission of Proehlific Sports Performance for athletes of all ages is to ignite, cultivate and promote the values and character of P.O.W.E.R. Through the discipline of exercise, nutrition and intelligent programming, that is built for results in sports and life. The playground is ADA all accessible. It's a wonderful place for all to enjoy, play and feel like one. We absolutely love this park. It's just a fabulous part of the community. It's open to the public. The park says it's for 5-12 years old but I feel that 1-6 years old can play and have a great time on the slides, if your child can walk, it's perfect!

I've been coming here since there was batting cages where the now member's area is. I've never been so proud to watch a business flourish into the empire it is now. They use to have fencing classes on the website y'all. Which speaks a lot about the variety of athletes whom have walked through these broad double doors to better themselves.
This place is where ANY athlete can come to better themselves. Whether your 7 or 70 or 2 to 20.

This place is a great idea that works out really well. We have been coming here since our kid was little, and the sports programs are terrific. He started out here and learned the fundamentals to transition into club soccer. We sent him to after school care and some of the summer camps, and we were always pleased.

Friendly, caring people who are devoted to running a welcoming work out facility. The gym is clean, with nice bathrooms and showers. The founder, Ricky Proehl, had a vision of creating a family friendly business. They have summer camps and after school programs for children, a variety of group exercise programs for adults. They have outdoor basketball, baseball and soccer fields for youth teams, most weekends there are different clinics happening in the gym from basketball, to wrestling, to Tae Kwan Do. I see open pickup soccer and lacrosse games on the indoor soccer field..

My almost 6 year old son went to Summerblast camp this year for the first time. It was so great seeing him get so excited to go each day and boy, was he worn out and DIRTY after each day! So dirty that the tub had to be cleaned after his bath....for my son that's a rare thing, lol. He made new friends, loved his coaches, was introduced to sports that he hadn't played before (which are almost all sports...) and was so excited to go on his first field trip! The coaches there love the kids, and it's really cool seeing them interact together. It got him out of his comfort zone and boosted his confidence

The only family gym in the area. All the staff are super friendly and make you feel like family. Top notch facilities and sports programs. Gym is always super clean. Summer camp and after school programs are great as well. Staff is great with the kids. My kids love it here. Glad to be a part of it.

We Love Proehlific Park Summer BLAST Camp! As a working parent, I had to find a summer camp during COVID-19. I reached out to Angie and explained my situation. Angie and the Summer Blast Camp Coaches are awesome! Very professional and each week the coaches would communicate with me on how my son was doing. My son enjoyed the different themes each week but really enjoyed the sports. It is great to see the motivation and activities they provide for the kids. The coaches are great role models for my son and we look forward to future summer camps there.

Absolutely LOVE everything about Summer Blast, the after-school care and the STAFF! From the day my child started there to current Angie has been nothing short of amazing! She is honest, professional and loves each child as if they were her own! Also, want to give a special shout out to Coach Dev as he is an asset to the staff and beyond a wonderful role model for the kids! Happy to have my son enrolled here for the foreseeable future!

This was a pretty decent place. We had a soccer game on field one during a busy tournament. The facility is well organized, plenty of parking and well planned out. There is a park for small children, bathroom facilities and the fields we nicely maintained.
The were several baseball fields off the parking lot and easy access from the main road. Nice spot.

We are in volleyball with the NC Power Volleyball Club. We just had our first tournament and it was the best experience we have had with travel sports. Our coaches were all supportive of the players and the energy they bring to the game was enthusiastic. We even had a parent of another club compliment our group and tout how nice the Proehlific Park Facility is to play at.
We new it was important to have all certified coaches, and that's one of the reasons we chose this volleyball group. I highly recommend the facility and NC Power Volleyball Club and are glad to be a part of it.

What a great place for a field trip! We took about 100 middle schoolers- YIKES. Facility was gorgeous- clean and state of the art. Kids were put into groups and ran through stations ran by "coaches" Activities included basketball, capture the flag, obstacle course, dodge ball, etc. Most of them were very interactive with the kids. We brought our lunch/drinks from a pizza place ( See Little Cesar review) and ate upstairs at picnic type tables. A very hassle free field trip- the kids had a blast and were WORN OUT! Hopefully we will be back next year- thank you Proehlific Park!!
