I've never had to hire an attorney before but when two cars hit us, including an uninsured driver, our case got complicated when it came time to get our bodily insurance bills sorted out and we were referred to Mr. Gold. I asked to be kept in the loop and he did, through email and text. I was really nervous and asked a lot of questions and he and his assistants were great about answering all my questions. He helped us out a lot and we were able to get everything sorted out. We really appreciate his help!

I hired this firm back in march 2020 and I'm not impressed with them. I'm always calling for an update on my accident case. They never call me and update me on my case. I understand there's a pandemic but my family is struggling and it would be nice to hear about my case every month or recieve my benefits. I went a month without hearing anything. It's now the end of December 2020 and I havent heard anything. I'm not impressed at all.

David Gold was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. He did not like the fact that I was trying to contact an insurance company about damages to my vehicle. He was only hired for injury claims, not damages. He over steps boundaries and obviously doesn't know when to stop. If you want an attorney who gives you nothing but grief, hire this guy. If you want a to be heard and respected, hire someone else. This place is a joke.
