I unfortunately had to spend 2 years at this property which 80% of my time was full of issue after issue. Appliances broke, main door stayed unsecured for months leaving everyone at a safety risk. I tried to work with management at the property level and district level. No one is helpful or seems to care about their residents. Lack of basic customer service and communication skills create a terrible experience. I still haven't received my full deposit back due to the offices oversight and lack of integrity.

I lived at this apartment complex when it was the Avalon, and I loved it. When the point of still river took over living there was no longer the same. They are not organized, you can call multiple times and they just keep saying I’m sorry we will get back to you and never do. I gave my 2 mths notice that I was moving out. I called everyday asking when I’m going to get my final bill. I was told numerous times they will call me, I will receive it. Then I got an email stating if I don’t pay the rent I’m gonna get charged a late fee. The amt listed was not my prorated rate I was being charged

There is a pathway along the woods that is well lit so I can walk my dog any time of day or night. The new staff is very nice! The staff just changed within the last month or so and you can already see better changes. They have different events during each month that encourage people that live here to be comfortable at home. My favorite event was the breakfast one.

It is very disappointing to see such negative comments regarding this property, I have lived here for over 2 years and have not experienced anything like the things posted on this page. Prior to Buzzotu taking over this property last year, the hallways were dirty and the apartments were outdated. I have seen great improvements in the past year,… clean, freshly painted and bright lit hallways. The renovated apartments are beautiful. Any issues or repairs requested are taken care of within 24 hours, if it cannot be repaired right away maintenance explains the process and why there will be

Beware of this location that is formally in Avalon community. The new company Bozzuto is horribly run and it's taken a property that was declining into a new depth. I resigned the lease with Avalon just prior of them selling with no notice. In my agreement was I can move to another Avalon Community with no penalty which is what I I was planning to… do due to job transfer. I left my apartment in beautiful condition move to a new Avalon location and now bozzuto is trying to charge me $5,000 because they are desperate and cannot rent apartments in this run-down community.
