Services
It was started by Thomas Kincaid in 1985, who ran it successfully for many years. In 2003 his brother, Bill, bought the business while Tom went on to pursue other career options (he now owns a mechanical shop). Kincaid Auto has a large repeat client base, due to our excellent service and honest and friendly approach to customer relations.
Regardless of whether you are working with an insurance company, we will need to estimate the damage before we can begin repair. If your vehicle is drivable, drop by any time or call to schedule an estimate during our normal working hours 8a.m.-5p.m. You can schedule an appointment immediately before leaving our office if you'd like.

One of our work vehicles needed the front end fixed, due to a hit and run. Gurney's Automotive referred us to Kincaid, and we were very pleased with the experience. Kincaid worked with our insurance company, seamlessly. They had our car ready in the timeframe they quoted us, and on top of everything else, they helped me figure out how to pick up our car when I had no one in the office to help me at the time. Two of their employees drove separately to drop off my car and then head back to their office, totally free of charge. Super customer service!

From start to finish, Kincaid’s and Paige made the process smooth, smoother than the polish used on the inside of the vehicle. 😂 Paige worked closely with my insurance and kept me updated on next steps. The… work done was superb and the quoted timeline of completion was spot on. They even detailed my car inside and out. I could not be happier with the service, professionalism, attention to detail, and care they provided to restore my car to it’s former glory. 12/10 recommend.

Just picked up my Jeep from getting body repairs. The bodywork was excellent, timely and as quoted. Also the woman in the front office was friendly, outgoing and very professional on the phone...One area I wasn’t expecting was the outside of the vehicle as well as the inside (!!!) was cleaned!!! Thank you very much to all of you for a pleasant experience.

So folks... needed some body work done to my truck. Messed up front bumper and skirt not paying attention one day. I decided to go with Kincade auto body in Milford. Wanted to keep it local....being a small… business owner here in town I felt that was important.
They quoted me a price and I dropped the truck off last night. Picked it up at 4:30 tonight. They did a excellent job doing the repairs. They did the job within the timeframe they quoted and were right on budget.
If you need body work done go see them. It was worth every penny they charged! Definitely will be a returning customer

The circumstances for needing Kincaid were unfortunate but the work they did to repair the damage was amazing. I've had to use the services of Kincaid twice. Both time the service was professional and quick. They did what they said they were going to do and completed the job on time. The price matched the quote and they worked with the insurance company directly, notifying me every step of the way. Both times I was completely satisfied with the work they did. Friendly fast and responsible. My only complaint is since I got my car fixed here after a front end accident there has been a noise that they where unable to repair or diagnose. But they worked with my insurance when my insurance was being difficult and was friendly with me the whole time. They made me feel like a member of their community and made the process painless.

Had a great experience over at Kincaid. Had a complete cab and bed replacement on my F350 after I hit black ice and wrapped it around a metal pole. Was a huge job; the truck looks, feels, and drives like nothing ever happened to it, actually, better than it was before the crash! They handled all the claim work with the insurance company and kept me in the loop with all the work being done. I would say they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the truck was done right, not rushed. Bill, Kevin, Paige and everyone else was great to deal with and I highly recommend the work and the experience

I had my car repaired here after someone else hit it. About 3 weeks after the repair, I noticed the clear decal on the back bumper was bubbling up and improperly installed. Kincaid is fixing it and paying for… everything, but the man I spoke with on the phone constantly talked over me and “mansplained”. It was rude and disrespectful. I had to bring my car back (1 hour drive, one way) and wait around for them to fix something that should have been done right in the first place. Their excuse was “decals are hard to put on”. I’ve wasted way too much time trying

Major damage to Honda Civic. Brought it in to Kincaids and they made the work with the insurance company easy. Color matched perfectly. Kept me up to date on progress. Fixed issues due to electrical issues caused by second source parts. Great service and easy to work with. Highly recommend for body repairs.

I recently hit my garage and it caused a lot of esthetic damage to the passenger side of my Acura TSX. I was incredibly tight on money having just launched a small business a month before. I went to a reputable collision repair center in Nashua and received a quote for $4,000 and a 2 week timeline. Totally shocked, I decided to get a second opinion… from Kincaid and had them assess my car without any knowledge of the initial quote I received. Kincaid's quote was HALF of the initial estimate and a 50% shorter timeline right off the bat for the exact same repairs. They were willing to work

Bill Kincaid and the team are nothing but top notch. I've done business with them for several years now whether it's fixing a few dents here and there or applying a protective coating to my Porsche, each time has been a pleasure.
