When I lived there it wasnt to bad till they switched over to a new landlord. I told her in march of 2016 that I was moving out in june but had to wait on the before to move out of the place I was moving into. She came in April to check to see if anything been fixed which the maintenance didnt fix. Then she never did the renewal paper in may. I left at the end of may beginning of june which was 18 days before the less was up. So I got charged a fee for breaking the lease which I never did cause she didn't do the paper work. I got charged for damage that was there when I moved in but she cleared

After money down to hold an apartment, the management would never answer the phone. We would have to call multiple times a day, for multiple days at a time just to get in touch with her. With a week and a half left until our move in date, we hear nothing from management. When we finally decide to try and call her, she tells us that the move in date is going to be pushed back and she couldn’t even tell us an exact date. Needless to say we ended up backing out because we were so frustrated with the fact of how unprofessional and inconsiderate the management is to the clients. We wasted a month
