Tried to call the landlord and left message concerning a package that was sent to an old cedarwood address by mistake. I called and got absolutely no call back. I used to be a resident of Cedarwood and funny how it's the same thing.. landlords don't do their jobs.. no call backs, nothing matters to em. Makes me glad I moved.

This place NEEDS to be shut down! When we first moved in here the place was FILTHY! Dust everywhere, dirt, you name it. Carpet and floors were so dirty my feet was pitch black from so much filth. All of this dirt make me sick from since I had allergies. Took 5 times of mopping the kitchen floor to get it clean! Not to mention the tons of bug issues from gnats, fleas, spiders and a bit of centipedes and the Landry room is disgusting too! Never been cleaned. Then it comes down to the noisy neighbors, lease issues, terrible landlord. Neighbors make noise 24/7 evening at 2am. No peace. You complain

My daughter lives there with her family. I feel it's a safe place for them to live. you have to buzz to get into the building, so it's safe.the safest place you can rent in that area. It's in good vicinity of the schools and stores. The ladies in the office have even helped out!

I lived here for 2 years. I liked the area and the apartments themselves. I never had a problem with the staff, they were nice to us. However my problems were with the tenants. I did not like all of the weed smoking that kept me from enjoying my beautiful balcony and the arguing and fighting and how they handled complaints. There also issues with rodents every now and again. Otherwise I liked my apartment.

This place is a joke. Maintenance is lazy. They do bare minimum at fixing a problem. .. and that's if the problem is fixed. Mold took over my apartment in the 800 building and I tried everything to get rid of it. Had health department come out and they recommended that they check in the wall for black mold(fyi: public information. ) they also informed me that it wasn't the first time for them to come out about mold. The maintenance solution: paint over and re rent apartment. Didn't care if it was black mold and that if it was, would make someone sick.Quickly becoming know as slumlords. Office comes
