Andrew E. Goldstein represents clients in real estate transactional matters and in land use applications before East End zoning and planning boards. As a past Chairman of the Village of East Hampton Zoning Board of Appeals and a member of Village of East Hampton Comprehensive Plan Committee.

Mr. Goldstein has utilized his particular insight regarding local land use and zoning to earn approvals for commercial, residential and institutional clients.The types of approvals include interpretations, variances, special permits, wetlands and dunes permits from zoning boards of appeals, subdivision and site plan approvals from planning boards, as well as architectural and historic preservation approvals from architectural review boards.
