I had a blowout on the highway. I told the tow truck driver to take me to the closest tire shop. He ended up taking me a little farther just to come here. They saw me right away and made sure my tire was fixed. This was unannounced and day of fixed! the blowout happened at 2:30 and i was home by 5 pm. It was a really great experience! thanks guys!

To say they everyone at Biondi is amazing is an understatement. The staff is funny, kind and thorough. They exceeded every expectation I’ve ever had of an auto body shop and I really couldn’t thank them enough. I’m so happy to have them as my auto body shop from here on out. The least I can do is leave them some online love: Biondi's is a Quincy institution and still going strong after all these years.

The service here was unbelievable. No stories, no excuses - they just Do Their Job. They go out of their way to do what the customer needs.This is evident in their interactions with you, their priority scheduling of your job and post-pickup ensuring that you were satisfied. This would all be nonsense except for the fact that the quality is outstanding. I've been told they do mechanic work too, and I will definitely return if I need any of this work.

First off my apologies for the direct comments I made about your business when in fact they were intended to be towards the individual who towed my car. I understand the tow truck driver was only doing his job. The part where I got upset was when I told him I needed to pick up my car and he told me I could get it in the morning and hung up on me. After repeated calls back with no response I contacted the Quincy Police to see if they could contact him so I could retrieve my vehicle. They were unable to reach him as well. It

It really feels like I'm visiting family when I drive up to Biondi's with Jimmy, his father and their entire staff of mechanics always available to help. When I cannot get my father to help me with basic mechanic work, Jimmy's team always saves the day -- another great experience with Biondi's which helped me to get my inspection sticker without fail! I took my car here to be fixed after getting rear ended. It was very minimal and was only estimated for 8 hours of labor per my insurance company. Well three weeks later I am just getting my car back due to "underneath" damage. I was hit going less than 5 mph so I am not sure what kind of damage they found. The first week I could not get a hold of them to see when my car would be finished. When I finally did they said they are waiting for the insurance to come back out to look. Another week and another call into them. I was told it would be done Friday and it was not, promised

No one typically enjoys going to an auto repair shop, especially if you've been in an accident and you need bodywork. The owner, Jimmy, definitely sets the tone and they make the experience as painless as possible. I did some pretty serious damage to my Ford Expedition and they had it looking like new and finished the job right on time. Biondi's is hands-down the best place in Quincy to take your car for any sort of work. When I was new in the area, I unfortunately was involved in an accident. I had no idea where I should get my car towed to, but Biondi's came highly recommended. They were so nice and understanding and made me feel better when I was obviously shaken up after getting into my first big accident. Jimmy, the owner, is so friendly and helpful, I actually enjoyed talking to him on the phone as I got updates on my (pretty smashed-up) car. I love Jimmy, his father and the whole crew at Biondi's! I have always had great experiences at them, whether it be for an oil change or a flat tire. I lived down the street for the past 3 years and I just moved last weekend and I am sad I won't have them anymore.
They are always good for interesting conversation while I am waiting for my car to be done as well :)

While I had great past experiences dealing with Jimmy and his father who owns the place, I no longer give them any service. I took my car here to have a burned out sensor replaced. When I drove my car after getting it back it pulled to the side when braking to get off the highway. Mysteriously my brakes and rotors were worn out. Had another local shop replace them instead. While I have never gotten my own car towed by them, I've witnessed plenty of shenanigans on behalf of their tow truck driver in my apartment complex. This included an incident that involved police and made the newspaper

These people are crooks!!!! My car broke down near Quincy Center and I asked my wife to find a Towing company to tow the car to our house less than 5 miles away. She called them and they told us that we were going to be charged by the miles plus a small towing fee. They came got the car and brought it home. The driver to my surprise handed me a $100 flat fee invoice. I was very mad and my wife even more because they had told her something quite different on the phone. The only excuse the driver came up with was that they have a third party that answer the phone and that gave us the wrong info.

Terrible. If you get towed there, bring your car somewhere else. It took them three weeks to fix body damage that they originally said would take a few days and then I find out they put the wrong bumper on my car and it doesn't fit correctly. The blinkers also don't fit in the bumper properly. When I brought the car back to them to address these issues they said, "not our problem". Thanks. I will never go there again.

Horrible service. I had to have work done on my car and they said it'll be done by night over the phone. When I got there they said by the end of the week. Then they said by the beginning of next week. Then they said by the end of that week. My car was never finished and I just took it home unfinished. If I could give negative stars I would.

It's sad that people are knocking this business for trying to stay profitable and earn a living and keep people employed.
I would have to say in my personal experience with Jim Biondi on two occasions, that he has been candid and honest with me. Therefore, I cannot pass additional judgement with what he does with his property.
