Could not ask for better service. Everything explained and told to you as a person, not like a large corporation that just thinks of the money. All work was done in a timely manner and my car now drives like it is new again. Great place and great service. Jeff has been taking care of my Concorde for 19 years!

Owner Jeff Williams founded Williams Automotive Inc. in 2005 with the help of Walter Wentzell, longtime owner of Auto Craft Inc., also an automotive shop located on 685 North Street in Randolph, MA. Williams Automotive Inc. started by renting space in Walter's shop, and the two shop owners ran their businesses side-by-side.
