We work with people with a variety of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurological, and metabolic conditions. You'll be coached through a comprehensive set of activities to boost your heart health, support your mobility, and build your strength. Our custom programs draw from cutting-edge guidelines developed by doctors and physical therapists for people with your conditions.
Clinically-informed soft tissue manipulation to stimulate your body's own healing processes. 90 minutes of body-changing manual therapy to address multiple areas of pain or stiffness. An hour-length session to address one or two larger concerns or briefly work on several areas. Regain range of motion and overcome muscular tightness and stiffness and restriction in the joints.
Rehab components in a training regimen focus on joint stability, flexibility, and functional strength that provide the foundation for your athletic performance. Post-rehab programs are tailored for athletes with a history of injury, pain, or loss of flexibility. Prehab training is sports-specific and designed to optimize movement and improve biomechanics to avoid future injury.

Emily and Jason are a dream team. The manual therapy in tandem with the custom rehab training was exactly what I needed to move from physical therapy that had plateaued, to gaining the strength, mobility and balance that I had lost. I feel better than pre-injury! Jason has helped me push myself to build the stability I needed to really have a successful outcome post-surgery. Emily helps my body help itself with her targeted massage, pre and post workout. She has magic hands that allow me to focus on healing, not just tackling the workout. I had never considered a personal trainer and am so glad that Jason was recommended to me. He listened to what I want and designed a program around that. I came in with a specific goal of improving my balance after having a hip revision and I can see the improvements almost weekly. No two sessions are the same. My only regret is that I can’t figure out how to squeeze in another session.
I am pleased that I don’t have aches the next day due to Emily who provides massage before and after each season. They are a great team.

I’ve been training with Jason and Emily for a couple months. Before I started training I used to give my 6 year old son a piggy back ride for 50 yards or so (I’m a 46 year old dad) and would always pay for it with back pain and extreme soreness that lasted for about a week. I stopped doing it. This past weekend My son and I were on a hike and he was tuckered out after half a mile.
I’d do anything for him so I put him on my back and started walking back to our car. I was surprised when I got back to the car and felt like I could go another couple miles with him on my back. I had no soreness

I’ve been working with Jason for a little over a month now and I’m really pleased with my results thus far. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable about the science behind fitness. I feel stronger in just the short amount of time I’ve been working with Jason than I have in the multiple years I tried reaching fitness goals on my own. I am a senior citizen who has had a number of surgeries and I have been training with Jason for approximately one year. His efforts have increased my strength, flexibility and range of motion. Jason is patient and is able to modify the program to my needs. I would recommend Jason's program for all seniors who want to improve their levels of fitness.

After reaching a milestone age I decided I needed to get healthier and got lucky finding Jason as my trainer. He is very knowledgeable and personable and makes working out a fun experience. After only a couple of sessions I already felt stronger and more balanced. Jason listens to you, does his research and develops a plan specifically for you rather than use a one plan fits all approach. I have worked out with trainers before and Jason is by far the best.

My Husband and I started training with Jason in April of 2019. Jason comes to our home three days a week as we have two young children and finding time to go to a gym just doesn’t work with our schedule. Jason is personable, flexible, and very motivating. Being accountable to a trainer has helped my Husband and I get in better shape. We sleep better and feel better. Period. Even now, at 5 months pregnant with my third child, Jason continues to help modify a workout regime that works for me. I have no hesitation about recommending Jason as a personal trainer.
