The drilling procedure that Dr. Parvaneh Sajjadi (in Rockville/Kensington, MD) did on my tooth fixed a pain I got when flossing, but overall made it feel a lot worse than it was before and I got a TMJ- like sympton the next day. After giving me a shot of the numbing liquid, she started drilling after what seemed like no more than a minute or 2. After I complained that it hurt, instead of waiting longer, she gave me more numbing liquid and started drilling almost immediately after, and it still hurt. Every other dental professional that I’ve been to has waited at least 10 minutes. Months later

I wish it was possible to give this dentist 0 stars. She scammed me out of 400 dollars. I went to this dentist on 9/28 and 9/21. on 9/21 I went to get my tooth checked out as I had pain. She stated I might need a root canal and needed a temporary filling, Before doing the filling she made me pay 340 dollars because she said my insurance did not cover temporary FILLINGS. Well this is false as I have come to find out she billed my insurance and me. When confronted her response was " honey don't worry about it 300 dollars Is not a lot of money". I've had nothing but great experiences with Potomac Dental Clinic. They helped me recover from a couple of years of bad dental experiences through kind service, questions and an action plan. This place is wonderful, I am always scared to go to the dentist and they always make me feel at home and very welcome when I come in there. Dr. Parvaneh Sajjadi is always so understanding and never tries to sell me anything I don't need and really does care about her patients I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had yellow teeth and I always want to have white teeth and I am young and my girlfriend ask me to do whitening, I was afraid to do that but finally I did in this office with laser and I got very good result,

Some of these reviews on here don't make any sense. Like the person who said "I felt like I was targeted for money" lol. Dude, you're at a place of business. Do you understand what keeps businesses functioning? MONEY! Do you understand why most businesses fail? Lack of acquiring MONEY! With All honesty I choose to go to this place after reading the online reviews. But my experience was rather different. My interaction with Dr. Sajjadi was rather disappointing.All the time I was in the clinic, I felt more like I was targeted for money.
I had a cavity filling done on lower right Quadrant 31. It dint fix the problem. After I called the doctor, she said I might need a root canal and will refer me to another doctor. I was like.. why dint we do that before....

Like most of the folks leaving review I purchased some sort of a deal from LivingSocial. It was for cleaning, x-ray blaze blaze... Or simply put it was a trap to get you in and start selling you services.
The clinics was alright. At least it was clean. Front desk person was friendly. It was not a full x-ray. Right before she started to clean my teeth I was offered whole bunch of services. Very annoying!!! After I said NO multiple times I was even offered a payment plan Ha-ha-ha. It was very uncomfortable. All I wanted was to leave!

I have been a patient of Potomac Dental Clinic/ Dr. Sajjadi for the last 5 years. I've always had a great deal of anxiety about going to the dentist, and Dr. Sajjadi is very caring and understanding, and makes me feel very comfortable. I appreciate her patience with my anxiety, as I've had other dentists make me feel silly for being anxious about the experience. The Saturday office hours are very convenient as well.
I have Delta dental insurance and all of my appointments have been covered. The office staff is very good about checking my coverage for each and every x-ray/procedure

I have been going to Dr Sajjadi for about three years now and she is the best! I ended up at this office for my dental needs because of the Saturday hours. Dr Sajjadi and her staff are informative, welcoming, patient and friendly. I have Aetna so all of my appointments/procedures have been covered.
