At Accel Fitness we offer all of our members the expert advice of a fully qualified personal trainer. Our trainers will work with you to create a plan specifically tailored to your level of fitness. We believe that the road to good health is a marathon not a sprint, so over the weeks, months and years we'll be with you every step of the way in motivating you to reach your personal goals.

We're a boutique personal training studio that specialises in semi-private and individual training and prides itself on the diversity of its clientele. We understand that every individual has specific needs, so we'll go out of our way to find out what makes you tick. We offer a great low rate compared to other personal training in the area, so if you'd like to improve your fitness in a fun, friendly environment.

Accel Fitness: Totally, the very best health experience in my life. I fought like heck to ignore my friends and not go -- but Gina Redican, the trainer, is such a sly and skillful inspiration, she made all my excuses meaningless and instilled me with a real passion to be there. I love my workout buddies, too. Gina attracts the coolest, most interesting clients. She has me so excited about being in her gym, I go five days a week. How did she do this to me? I was such a do-it-on-my-own big anonymous gym regular? But, I never got in this good of shape! I've been going for four years now.

I've been training at Accel Fitness since 2013 and I honestly can't imagine life without it! Gina (gym owner and lead trainer) provides such a welcoming and unintimidating environment for me to be myself, work hard and still be honest about my fitness/body challenges. The team is knowledgeable, kind and fun...I can't praise them enough. I'm so grateful for the strength and confidence that going to Accel fitness has provided me. Hands down - the best place to get fit in Long Beach!!

I have been training at this gym for over six years. Gina and her staff have tailored my work outs to meet my changing goals over the years. Extremely professional, yet welcoming and friendly. Gina keeps you positive and motivated without being overbearing or intimidating. Simply put, Accel Fitness has given me the confidence and the stamina to be my best self! I couldn't recommend this gym more!

This is hands down the best gym in Long Beach. The personal training sessions have helped me lose weight, increase strength, and boost my self confidence. Everyone that goes here is super friendly and easy to talk to. The gym atmosphere is very welcoming and unlike many other gyms it doesn't have a tough-guy attitude. I highly recommend going here.

I've worked out in the best gyms in this country and abroad. I have never felt as comfortable and achieved the results and true attention that I experience at Accel Fitness. Gina is so good at what she does and has the expertise and training to make sure that all of her clients are attended to individually. She optimizes each workout to suit each of her clients on a one to one basis. She always makes sure her clients are using proper form so that they do not injure themselves and so they achieve the results they are looking for. It is not only beneficial physically, the intimate atmosphere

Love love love Accel Fitness! It is a great little gym for those of us "non-gym" people. The owner is fantastic and extremely knowledgable. It's at a perfect location and the hours suit my needs. I highly recommend for anybody to give this gym a try.

Accel Fitness is an gym with an "at home" feel to it. Gina and Steven are awesome and you receive a workout program which is specifically designed to meet your fitness needs. The other clientele are great and everyone there treats one another like family. The hours are perfect for my schedule and the location is great. I wouldn't dream about signing up for a different gym to get my workouts in.

I've been training at Accel Fitness for 3 years now, usually coming in 2 or 3 times per week. I love the gym. I'm always impressed with owner Gina. She's graduated from CSULB with a degree in Kinesiology, and it shows. She really knows her stuff. She's great with everyone that walks thru her doors. You can expect to share the Gym with 2 to 4 others during any 1 hour session, but you'll never feel ignored or unimportant. Every work out is fantastic, and she's happy to go at your pace, or push the pace as she feels the situation calls for. 2 days a week is $180/mo and

I have been going here for about a year and half. This place offers semi- private personal training. There are usually about four people per session so the trainer shows you the exercise and corrects your form but doesn't count for you. It depends how many times a week you come but it runs about 20-$25 a session. The sessions are about an hour- an hour and a half. You pay per month. They customize the program for you to help you achieve the results you are going for. Mostly it is weights and treadmill. I feel a ton better. My back isn't bothering any more since I've been strengthening
