My goal is to bring your body back into balance and help you gain awareness of what is going on in your body so that you can be free of pain.
Services
In 2002 I moved from Eugene to San Francisco to attend the National Holistic Instistute. After graduating, and prior to moving back to Eugene, I worked in the Bay area doing sports massage. Among my clients were dancers from the Bay Area Repretory Dance Company, a baseball team in Sonoma County, and athletes at countless triathlons and marathons throughout the area.
With years of experience I have learned to combine a variety of massage techniques to customize the session to fit the needs of each client. I take the time to listen and understand that is going on with a clients body. I strive to make sure that every person I work on feels safe and well cared for every time.
We will discuss the issues you may be having with your body, as well as the results you would like to achieve. Your comfort and safety are of utmost importance to me. To help make your session more enjoyable, and ultimately more rewarding, feel free to ask as many questions as you like, and be sure to tell me if you are uncomfortable at any point during the massage.

Though I haven't been to see Maria at Body Harmony Massage myself yet, I have given a couple of gift certificates for her services to friends or family. Plus, I have several friends that see her on a regular basis. All I can say is that after what I hear from all of them, I can't wait for when it's my turn to get a deep muscle massage from her.
