Woodbury Animal Hospital first opened its doors in 1981, under the ownership of Dr. Bob Raymond. After 25 years Dr. Raymond sold the practice and moved to warmer climates. He now practices in Dania Beach, Florida. Dr. McConville, already on staff since 1999, bought the practice from Dr. Raymond in 2006.
Veterinary services at Woodbury Animal Hospital can help companion animals to lead the healthiest, most fulfilling lives possible. Preventative pet care: check-ups, wellness exams, vaccines, and other measures designed to prevent serious medical conditions before they arise. Veterinary internal medicine: bloodwork, x-rays, our own in-house laboratory, pharmacy, and access to ultrasound specialists.
There is no doubt in our minds that our pets will be taken care of with compassion and love when they are in your care. There is nowhere else we would recommend to our friends for their pets. I always know my dog is in good hands when my mom says "We're taking Dylan to the vet today." That's a good thing!

Even with current regulations and curbside service they made my first vet experience as a first-time pet owner simple & comfortable. Dr. Tim & his staff were very friendly and I have no doubt my boy Louie was in great care! They even have a discount for new patients. I'm grateful to have found a reliable animal hospital so close to home!❤️

I want to preface this by saying we have brought several dogs to this clinic over the years with no complaints. I would have given them a solid 4 stars. Until Buddy. Buddy was our basset hound who had come to us through rescue. This poor boy had been through the wringer before he came to us. We made sure his life was cushions and blankies. He deserved it. Buddy enjoyed his car rides. We made steps so he could get in and out of the car in as safe a way as possible. One day our mastiff got impatient and pushed Buddy too soon and we THINK he hurt his back. As well around this same time

I took my new puppy to WAH this week. She was seen by Dr. Daley, and he called after her check-up and answered all my questions. He walked me through what they were doing and called back when the results of her tests were in. They took such great care of her and addressed my concerns. I've had follow up questions, and the staff again was great and told me if I had any concerns to always call. So happy to have my pup go here!

We love our Woodbury Animal Hospital!! The staff is top notch, so caring and knowledgeable. Our fur babies see Dr. Anneliese and we couldn’t be any more happy. Yesterday I had to put my cat down after going to this place for 17 years since we got her. I felt so supported, we came in and they had a blanket ready and tissues, they told us we could take as much time as we needed. I am so appreciative for the love and care my cats have received in their entire lives.

I was very impressed with our first visit! We are new to the area so with that comes finding a new vet. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and Nyla (my dog) was surrounded with love and treats. Dr. Tim did a phenomenal and thorough exam, along with answering all of my questions. We feel blessed to have found such a great vet!

This is the best Veterinary Hospital I have ever been to! The staff is so friendly and Dr Tim is one of the most knowledgable and caring Vets I have ever met. I like knowing what to look out for to take the greatest care of my pet. They took a picture of my kitty to be put up on the tv in the waiting room. I am very happy I decided to come here! I am leaving on vacation in 2 weeks and cannot take my fur baby with me but I will definitely bring him here for boarding knowing he will be in great hands.

My husband and his mother has brought their pets to Woodbury Animal Hospital for a long time; suggesting this animal clinic. The staff is GREAT here and Dr. Tim sees our cat Nero! Nero had a weird skin condition where it scabbed in various spots and caused the hair to fall out. Woodbury Animal Hospital did an full on examine on what could have caused it. They went over him with a black light and did not need a skin scrape since it was not a parasitic case. The prescribed Nero with steroids and so far, Nero's fur has come back partially and no scabs or spottiness. Hopefully it gets better!

We love Woodbury Animal Hospital. I have been taking my dog here for 4 years and have had exceptional service every time. They go above and beyond to help. Every doctor, vet tech, and receptionist has been great. They saved my dog's life when she got into something she shouldn't have by seeing her right away, being knowledgeable of the situation, and explaining to me the options. They even followed up after to make sure everything was going well. I HIGHLY recommend Woodbury Animal Hospital.

Our cats are terrified of this place but it's no fault of the humans who work here. We brought both cats here for their annual check-up last fall and then the accident prone one has been a patient two other times: once with a hurt paw acquired during his Leaping-off-the-Kitchen-Cupboards Phase and once the other day with a claw injury he'd received during an overly boisterous rough-housing session with cat #2.
Every time we've been here, the employees have been gentle and knowledgeable and have done a good job of providing both preventive care and more for the boy kitty who needed
