This Miami animal clinic has expanded its services over the last 30 years. The emphasis has always been on companion animal care, but we also care for exotic animals. Our staff is very stable and they have worked here for many years. I can assure you that the first and foremost consideration in our selecting of employees has been their love of animals.
We try our best to always improve our skills, not just because of the services that we provide but also because of our outlook on ourselves. I believe that a person can only be good at what he does if he likes it. We work reasonable hours and in a relaxed, pleasant environment. That allows all of us to concentrate on the Miami or Aventura vet tasks at hand.

Services
Behavior consultation - Includes all manners of problems, such as barking, biting, house soiling, aggression, etc. Chronic disease management - Elderly patients often suffer from chronic diseases that can be detected early and with proper care the quality of life can be improved. Dental care - Great emphasis is placed on older animals where people are often concerned with anesthesia risks.
This Miami animal clinic first opened in 1979. I have been here since 1985 as a general practitioner. I was educated in my native Hungary and graduated from one of the oldest veterinary schools in the World in 1978. I spent one year in an academic field training to be a scientist but then I changed my mind and became a clinician instead.
We routinely consult with specialists on their fields. This service is often not immediately apparent because it is included in our daily practice life. Interpreting test results for example by other experts is done on a daily basis. Some special procedures require the visit of the specialist to our facility and at other times the patient is sent to a referral center.

I took my 3 dogs to Dr Hardi. He took his time examining each dog with care, he addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. This is a wonderful practice, great staff, very sweet, friendly and professional. It is very refreshing to feel my dogs are in good care. Thank you.

Dr. Hardi and the staff has been amazing, loving and warming toward us and my dog. They did everything they could and more for her... And I really appreciate it.
I don't have words to describe how vocational and human they had been.
It's nice to found doctors and staff like them... Those that don't forget why the choose to be Veterinarians or working with animal.... To save pet's life...

I have known Dr. Hardy for over 33 years.. He delivered our Maltese dog Coco’s 5 puppies then and he has been our family Vet since..Dr. Hardy is the most knowledgeable and caring…Always takes his time..We get an education whenever we visit which most Vets fail to do.
The staff is as knowledgeable and pleasant.

I am not easily impressed by veterinarians. Dr. Hardy however definitely impressed me. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and actually performed many of the functions typically handled by assistants in other offices. He actually explained everything in detail rather than delegate that to an assistant as well and didn't miss anything on my little girl. He was thorough and had excellent suggestions for caring for my little girl. He is tops and his staff was a mirror of him.
