We are a Family Owned Thai Restaurant featuring some of the finest authentic Thai Cuisine you will ever eat! The Chef owned her very own restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand for over 40 years, directly across from the Nike Factory in Thailand, and honed her skills over those years. Her cooking is not only an art, but a science of blended flavors and spices.
She will prepare your meal any way you like it, from very mild to very wild! We are local, living in the Arlington area for close to 12 years. We are proud to call Texas our home, and we are delighted to serve our neighbors! Stop in, sit down and relax, or call in for convienent take out or free delivery.

Although we have only gone once, we will definitely be returning. The knife atmosphere is chill with little huts around the booths. Every time we have tried to order to go, the wait has been almost an hour or more. We went for lunch as an early date and loved the food. I got the massaman curry and my husband got the peanut beef. We both ordered a medium heat (3) and upon return would go a little lower. The heat is real but absolutely delicious food.

I really love this restaurant. Bummer about it is that it's closed on Monday... But you know we got to take a break sometime. The drunken noodles are amazing, I love the curries I and Kai soy, everyone is so friendly, and I really love the layout, with a little private huts and though evolving elephant parade. Which seems to get beer every time I'm go...

Really good food. We had the chicken satay for appetizers, Crispy Chicken Phad Thai, and Shrimp Red Curry along with Thai Ice Tea.
Service was a little slow but really, enjoyed not being rushed. They seem to do a brisk take out business.
Had spiciness at 2 * - not spicy at all. I like spicy but my teen son doesn't. I would get 4* next time for me.

The food is decent but they cannot get their kitchen and service together. They stopped doing delivery services since the orders kept getting screwed up which I understand but even pick up is a disaster.
If you order take out be prepared to wait an extra 45 minutes from whenever they tell you it will be ready. On a Tuesday night we ordered 2 dishes at 6:15pm and told us it would be an hour and 5-10 minutes. It actually took closer to 2 hours, for TWO dishes. And this is not a one off experience. We've had similar experiences multiple times before and have finally decided that the food just

Food gets a 5, but service is horrid. I started eating there in 2016 and service was fine. Fast forward to 2019 and service was atrocious. Our orders would be taken and not arrive for an hour. The night that did me in, we waited forever to get waited on, in the first place. People who came in after us got served, while we did not. I finally flagged down our waitress and she then told us our order had been missed. 45 minutes later, still no food. 2 5 hours total and NO FOOD. They comped the tea & salads, but absolutely no apology or effort to get the dinner we waited 2 hours for.

Thai Texas in Arlington
This place had the best Pad Thai and Tom Kha Kai noodle soup in DFW areas in my opinion. Nice staff but be prepared to wait Eternity. Took them 50 min to bring out one dish, they seem to prioritize the togo order than dine in. Chicken teriyaki was a disappointment. Togo order can take up to 2hr.

We just moved to Arlington and we're looking for a local Thai food joint. They are located two minutes away form our home, so we decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint! All of the dishes we ordered tasted authentic and were super flavorful. Their Thai tea is also amazing! Would definitely recommend.

Please note I am extremely harsh on Thai restaurants and need to rerate Thai Texas.
This is my go to place for Thai food.
Good food over the whole menu.
No misses at all.
Authentic Thai food.
Try the chicken soup if they have it. It's good. Not the typical American chicken noodle soup. It's a typical dish eaten on the roadside in Thailand.
Very friendly service eating in or TOGO.

We read so many good reviews that we decided to give it a try, then I called before 7pm to order a Pickup Order, we were surprised that the wait would be "TWO HOURS".
Based on the reviews we figured, the wait was worth it.
We arrived 20 minutes early (hoping for to be surprised), it didn't happen. So exactly, at the two hour mark, we got our food.
The restaurant had a lot of pickup orders, deliveries, and about 6 to 8 people dining in.
This is when we realized we should have dined in.
Our food was freshly made, it was nicely sealed, and hot. Not exactly what I was expecting

I worked for Thai Texas for years until 2018, it was my mother’s favorite restaurant long before I discovered it and I visit it when I’m in town. Im writing this review 2.5 years after leaving. **TOP 5 RECOMMENDATIONS BELOW!

Quite possibly the biggest blessing known to south arlington. Did you know they provide free delivery within a certain range of the restaurant? We could not help ourselves and got a a little bit of everything. The drunken noodles and volcano chicken were my absolute favorites. Everything is so perfectly cooked, seasoned and served in generous portions. They do not shy away from packing each dish with protein and their spice levels (1-5) are no joke. They are so consistent and delicious. I want to live here.

Went to yelp to look up Thai food and this was the first option. Looked through the reviews and thought to giver it a try. I'm so glad I did. I went during quarantine so I did take out, but I went inside to pay for the food and the restaurant was nice. The waiters then brought my food outside to my car, I like that. Now let's get into the food! I got drunken noodles with shrimp, spice level 4. It was perfect, spicy but not too spicy! I like that the shrimp was pre peeled, I hate having to peel it mid bite. I also got the Thai tea, it was good but need a little more cream. It's not

This is a great little neighborhood Thai restaurant that's been around for several years. Excellent Shrimp Pad Thai and Yellow Curry Chicken. Be prepared to give them a relative spice level that you want your food. They ask if you want it spicy or mild on the scale from 1 to 5. Heat level 3 is a nice moderate spice, heat level four is pretty doggone spicy, heat level 5 will melt your face!
Moderately priced with lunch specials for $7.99.

First time here. My drunken noodles were awesome! I wasn't expecting these type of noodles (they were the kind I've had in beef stroganoff, and a bit overcooked) but everything was so yummy. Fresh juicy tomatoes and whatever sauce this really sets this dish off. And the beef was oh so tender. It's about a 15 minute drive for me but I'll be back.

Amazing tasty food and awesome customer service. Liked the place so much. Whole family enjoyed the time. Inside Deco is cool. A nice Thai feeling with the setup. I would love to go back with more people. Surely try their food. Appetizers were nice. So yummy. My chicken eggplant was mouthwatering. Wifey took plain Thai fried rice and that was great too. Daughter loved her beverage. It was an awesome lunch day out. Try for sure.
