Services
Louisville Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home fosters an environment of openness, creativity, flexibility, innovation, and respect. These characteristics are what allow us to provide funeral services that are unique, memorable, and designed to meet the specific needs of each family.

It is important for all of us to understand that funerals are a final tribute to the deceased, but the funeral service is for the living, those that are affected by the loss of a loved one or friend. For the living, funeral services provide a means of saying "farewell." For the deceased, funeral services provide a dignified and respectful disposition.
Our staff is comprised of dedicated and licensed professionals with the experience to answer all your questions regarding our services. Please feel free to contact any of our staff members at any time. Chris Burns is a native of Louisville, Kentucky, and was raised in the Dixie Highway-PRP area. He was introduced to the funeral business at a very young age as he followed in his fathers footsteps.
Louisville Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home has been helping families honor and memorialize the lives of loved ones for almost a century. Our success is deeply rooted in building lasting relationships with the families that we so proudly serve. We honor these families each and every day with the exceptional care that we provide inside the gates and the end of life planning that we provide in the community.
Every single day, we see families struggle to make difficult decisions during the most emotional times. We see the stress, the tears, and the outpouring of emotion that comes from not knowing what Mom, Dad, Brother, or Sister may have wanted. Some of these families never experience the peace that comes with true closure because they question their decisions long after the fact.
Most of us spend some portion of our lives planning different events such as weddings, graduation parties, birthday parties, vacations, and retirement parties. Today, many families are also finding a tremendous value in the many benefits that pre-planning cemetery and funeral arrangements provides.

This review isn’t for the location building it’s pertaining to the Staff more so My daughter passed away unexpectedly at that time emotions are high judgment is clouded with that being said I was completely taken advantage of at my time of grief by Lisa was so concerned about selling me a double space instead of my grief.more concern of how much money was being in her pocket also after my daughter death I was under the impression her name plate would be placed but didn’t find out that after I purchased the other things it all had to be 50% percent paid for or all. To be fair that may have

I would highly recommend Louisville Memorial Gardens. We have generations of family here. I've been coming out here since the 60's. It still looks as beautiful as ever and the staff is really nice. Lately we have been working with the manager Kevin for our bench. Look no further if you need a cemetery for your family.

Absolutely horrible. Didn’t have any respect today when my boyfriends family put his grandma to rest. Started all the services without the whole family there. Even tho they was asked several time just to wait a couple minutes that everyone was almost there. Grandmas kids wasn’t even there yet and they had done started WITHOUT her kids. She was laid to rest in the building in the back on the second floor. The funeral home lady was told multiple times that the elevator wasn’t working because we didn’t have a key she refused to walk down and put the key in Which caused grandmas handy capped

You're better off just cremating your loved one and just throwing the ashes at the ceiling fan.

My Grandfather was interred in the mausoleum last week. Immediately following his Military honors, a cemetery worker took the flowers off of his casket and threw them out of the front doors of of mausoleum and on to the sidewalk in front of the family.
Today, my Mother called me letting me know that his vault plate was damaged by the cemetery workers and now has a crack in it. She asker where his flowers were and someone in the office (who knew about the flower incident) lied to her face and told her that another family probably stole them to put on another grave.
This kind of behavior on the

I gave a one star because that is the lowest offered. My sister prepaid for her arrangements. We buried her Saturday and it was the worst experience ever. We were told we would be shuttled to the chapel and we were told we could drive there or we could go out the back door and walk. It was pouring rain. When we arrived we were told it was not ready and we would have to wait. No problem. But when we were told we could go to the chapel, my sisters ashes were sitting on a small table with the label of who cremated her on top. I guess to advertise. The room was cold, no heat was on, the flowers that
