I would highly recommend Hank Greenblatt if you are injured in a motor vehicle accident. He took over for my case after my original attorney left the firm , Hank sent me to the right Doctor to help me get better. Hank got me the maximum amount from the opposing parties insurance and then was able to get the maximum out of my insurance company for uninsured motorist. I would not have never even thought to put in a claim against my own insurance company since I was not at fault. Hank even added some discounts even though I received more than double the amount I believed I would receive.

Please be careful if you have a workmans comp case . I settled my personal injury case using this firm with the auto insurance company and was not able to receive it until i settled my comp case about 8 months later. absolutely nothing could be done about it. i had to sell off a potential brain injury treatment to receive any personal injury award in the end. I even had to call the adjuster myself only to get rudely hung up on. i cant recommend this firm, I received less than my original personal injury award in the end .

Was referred to them as personal injury lawyers who could help. First time I called a few months ago, they said they could not help me, after I had fallen after tripping on a piece of concrete in a public space that should not have been there, suffering fractures, sprains, dislocated vertebrae, etc. A couple months later, the friend who suggested them was surprised and suggested I call again. Contacted this firm on the advice from a past employee who highly recommended them to handle a personal injury I had in a motorcycle accident. The accident was caused due to rod construction where the crew left a trench in the road when completing the prior nights work. There were no flags or signs mentioning road under construction, uneven pavement ahead. Front tire went into the trench making a left hand turn and the front tire washed out trying to come out of the trench.
