I was directed towards Mr. Ladva after a serious burn incident at the coffee shop I have been employed at for 2 years. The managerial staff and owners did nothing after the constant complaints of poor quality equipment.

I was referred to Mr. Ladva by a friend who said he was the best slip and fall attorney around. I spoke with him on one occasion and he said he would call me back within a day and that was over a month ago and no call back yet. I have called his office twice and send multiple emails but still nothing. If you want an attorney that will be there for you and actually wants to work I suggest you see someone else as he is truly unprofessional.

I was involved in a minor accident but nonetheless I needed to make sure I wasn't getting screwed by the insurance machine. I contacted the ladva law firm and was assisted by a great team of professionals. They answered all my questions and insisted that I call back if I needed anything - this was even before I hired them. I was involved in a car accident in 2011 because i was cut off on the W-i380 near the airport. My car was totaled and i suffered bodily trauma. The other driver refused to admit that he cut me off and claimed that i rear ended him instead.
