Chauncey was our realtor, which I was excited about, given the company's sparkling Google Reviews and the fact that he's one of the broker-owners of Spot. You'd expect great service, right? And during the process of looking at houses, he was great — responsive, communicative, and generally really helpful.
The literal second we went under contract, that changed. We were rushed through the process with almost all of our questions and concerns left unanswered and unaddressed. And we are now left with a house that hasn't been cleaned, is still filled with the sellers' garbage, has literal rodents

Chauncey Archer and Co has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Spot Real Estate celebrated their one year anniversary yesterday and when The Crystal Fussell Duo got asked to play some live entertainment, we were happy to say Yes! This party was amazing and really displayed how much the Spot staff cares about their clients! They put on an amazing event with Wrightsville Beach Brewery drafts, PTs good truck, cake, a photo booth, and live local music! Angie and Cedric, now co-owners of Spot, sold me our house 1 year ago and we could not have asked for a better realtor!
