My Grandpa George Lorea who passed a week ago now that we held here at the Delgado Funeral Home yesterday on Sunday. The people who came yesterday evening was a big turnout and that it was welcoming. The Deacon did a good job yesterday as well, making things go smoothly for everyone, make all the people feel all welcomed all that Grandpa would of wanted it to be. The staff especially the two girls that were there who worked at the offices and for helping get the tribute video up to par with the speakers was very kind of them to do so, and they were very nice about it when a question is needed.

It’s all nice before they have your money! For us that was from the first day of meeting with the manager in charge. After that the customer service and communication is horrible meaning NONE! The sad part is as one is trying to grieve they didn’t make it any easier. I was sadly disappointed this was not my first funeral planning just thought with great reviews it would of been easier than the first time which I should just have went with the same funeral home where my mother had her service . But not thinking had so much going on. I was really contemplating on writing this review however do

My family and I have used Delgado Funeral home three times in the last year and the people in the office have always been so helpful. Losing a family member and then needing to make arrangements is so hard, but they walk you through the entire process and make it as easy as possible. Amber is the person that I have worked with and she is so sweet and helpful. Really everyone who works there is great. The chapel is very nice and large and they do great work preparing your loved one. I really recommend that you give them a call and visit with them in your time of need and you will understand why
