I have so many great things to say about Castillo funeral home. We have buried many family members, including my niece Dominique in 2019, my father Jesse on Dec. 22, 2020 and my beloved Uncle Tony, today Dec. 18, 2021. The staff is always accommodating, compassionate and super nice. This place is always immaculately clean and comfortable. I would like to thank Sylvia Cordero that helped with my niece and fathers services and Crystal, who helped with my uncles services today. Your services were beyond outstanding!!! Thank you!!

My father passed away very suddenly. They really made his day one that we could remember. We had worries we would not be able to make it happen and they did. I am thankful for their professionalism and also with my fathers ashes they made it seem as if they were taking care of a person. Not just someone's ashes. She told me there was no rush that when I was ready to come for the ashes to just call and drop off the urn. They really did treat us so kindly and patiently. I was very pleased with their services and all employees were great. Thank you again Castillo.

After talking to the funeral director, I’m easily glad to not use them for my loved ones service. He lacks compassion and was rude from the first sentence that came out of his mouth. I had to end the phone call mid conversation due to his condescending attitude. I don’t understand how someone who lacks compassion could work in this field. This was the first funeral home i contacted. I contacted two other funeral homes feeling discouraged based on this experience and realized quickly that his attitude is not the norm in this field. Glad to avoid this place and happy to do business with another

This establishment is very well mannered and super thoughtful of grieving families. All of my family will be using this funeral services and recommendations are a MUST! We spoke with other funeral services with other businesses but they were rude and snobby. THANK YOU 🙏 CRYSTAL CARREJO ( Castillo Funeral Home) FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!! I did not choose to deal with this organization and would not choose it in the future. The staff (Art) was especially rude and condescending in his efforts to show any understanding and the level of disrespect and incompetence I experienced was not worth the stress I endured. They couldn’t even get the ss# right and you had her policy right there in front of your face. This is what happens when you choose to deal with the person who has all the wrong answers instead of the one you should have dealt with in the first place. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

We had the blessing and privilege to have our mom's funeral services at Castillo's. What an amazing place. From the beginning to the end, the staff took care and compassion of our every need. Imelda Cruz was our funeral director and she is one one of the most kind, loving and compassionate people I have ever met. She was there for me and my family and responded to all our needs. Josh was also another person we worked with and he was so helpful, kind and compassionate.
