Services
In 2016, four women of color - therapists who worked in various clinical settings - founded DivaDiversity. They recognized the need to address human diversity issues as part of their clinical work with blended families, children diagnosed with neurological disorders, and couples and families dealing with cultural and ethnic bias and racism in the workplace, high levels of homophobia, and trauma related to issues around religious institutions.
DivaDiversity is dedicated to the quality and overall wellness of each of our clients. That's why we offer a wide range of mental health and wellness services - whether you are seeking counseling for yourself or your family, your company, your school or your town. Using our diversity model of inclusion, we determine the counseling solution that best fits your needs.
DivaDiversity offers individual, couples, family and group counseling, primarily to underserved populations. We provide adult, adolescent and children's counseling services. In other words, we serve virtually everyone - with a culturally informed, holistic approach - in a safe space where confidentiality is a top priority.
DivaDiversity offers education on diversity topics of interest as well as clinical training for psychologists, therapists, social workers and healthcare professionals. We provide training and coaching for businesses that seek support to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives. Our professionals are also available for speaking engagements.
DivaDiversity offers consulting and coaching services to companies struggling with diversity challenges. Assess and remodel conflict management, promotions, re-organization and change management to improve the hiring and retention of qualified staff. Address diversity challenges, such as harassment and discrimination, and implement diversity initiatives.
