Hayes Veterinary Hospital is incredible. Dr. Salazar and the entire staff treated our dogs with the best possible care, and helped us through routine and serious concerns. Our dogs were treated as if they were part of the family from start to finish. I simply would not take my dogs to any other vet.

My mom brought in her dog last week. She talked about how well the staff was. She said the lady in the front loved on every animal that walked through that door as if they were her own and put a smile on her face. The only bad thing she had to say was the other girl upfront had a bad mouth. The ones that took care of her in the back, said they introduced themselves (Kallie) and informed her of everything they were going to do. Dr Salazar was very informative and could tell she was very knowledgeable. She said she would definitely recommend Hayes Vet to everyone.

I brought in an older pet that I had just purchased, she was urinating brown, I was nervous to say the least, from the time I walked in the door, the professional and friendly atmosphere alleviated alot of the stress. They treat your pet just like it's their own. I love Hayes!!

My grandpup got hit by a car and they not only took excellent care of him but they did it late in the late afternoon when everybody is ready to go home. Then called and checked on him the next day! Everyone is so nice & friendly!

The administrative staff have on several occasions said a vet would call about an issue and not followed through. Most recently, I was told the remaining vet would call me three days ago about a refill (after a pet supplier reached out 4 times and never got a response) and I received no call. I left a message on Saturday and still no return call. Dr. Lacey was awesome, but since she left and this is the service we’re now getting, I’m taking my pets elsewhere.

Many thanks to Hayes Veterinary Hospital and Entrance Road Veterinary Clinic for saving Ajax yesterday (Tuesday, 10/27/20). It was determined he had a blockage and they did surgery immediately, knowing it was his second abdominal surgery and that he had clotting issues, and were able to unkink his intestine and put him back right. I was scared we were going to lose him. He was rather fond of the blue wrap. He won't let me take it off and I opted not to argue about it.
