Commercial Advisors
Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors was founded in 1992 as Commercial Tennessee by Larry Jensen and Wyatt Alken. Prior to forming Commercial Tennessee, both Jensen and Aiken worked as brokers for the local Cushman & Wakefield office in Memphis. When C&W closed its Memphis office, Jensen and Aiken formed Commercial Tennessee as a full-service, independent brokerage advisory firm that served the Memphis area.

In 2003 Commercial Alliance Management (CAM) was formed by former Weston employees, Mark Jenkins and Dan Wahl. CAM was formed solely as a third-party leasing and management company that complemented Commercial Tennessee's corporate strategy of advising and representing tenants. In 2004, Commercial Tennessee began to outgrow its name as it continued to move forward and expand not only its offices and workforce but client base.

We recently worked with one of the Commercial Advisor listing agents and he was great! He was easy to get in touch with and was happy to share information about the property we were considering. I'd highly recommend talking with the firm for your commercial real estate needs.

Office building are very nice and well maintained both inside and outside grounds. If there is ever an issue (lights burned out, AC, whatever) they are always quick to respond and address the issue.

Save yourself the headache, aggravation, money and most importantly - time, in dealing with Commercial Advisors and Cushman & Wakefield. Heed this warning and spend your resources elsewhere.

Not a good company to work with. Does not commit to tenants and is VERY selfish.

Would not advise this company to anyone....they look out for only the owner and not the tenants...they will try and lease your space out from underneath you and will get you to sign leases and promise the world to get you to sign it and after you do they do nothing they promise to do. Then they try and bring other tenants in that will pay more per square foot and force you to move. Not an ethical company at all. I would advise any property managers to consider another company prior to having them represent your building.
