Dr.Kasner is a one in a million dentist. Everyone in her office is incredibly thorough, communicative and exceptional at what they do. From scheduling, appointment reminders, looking into coverage and the actual procedures and treatments, you always feel important and informed. I see Dre regularly for TMJ sessions and always look forward to my jaw feeling better. Progressively over a few months, my TMJ pain has decreased dramatically. I recently had to have two of my molars repaired and Dr.Kasner made the experience such a pleasant one. I will be a patient for life!

I'm literally so in love with Dr. Kasner and her staff. She is such a bubbly fun person and a fantastic dentist. Her and her staff always go above and beyond to make the "going to the dentist experience " as comfortable as possible. I've had such horrible experiences with dentists in the past that has just made me scared. But Dr. Kasner constantly checks in to see if I'm doing ok. There's absolutely no judgement either. I really appreciate this place so much. I actually look forward to my appointments now!

I've outlived the practices of a few dentists over the years and never stayed with whoever took over their practice. But, this time I'm just so pleased to stay with Artisan Dentistry. Dr. Kasner and her wonderful staff do great work, fully explain everything and treat me better than I deserve. It's such a pleasure to go into that office and see them all, more like visiting with friends than a strictly professional relationship. The ONLY dentist I have ever liked. You have to go here. Dr Kasner, Alana, Lezli, Adrianna, Kathy and Andrea are the kindest, most accommodating, incredibly compassionate people, period. I have a severe dental phobia and could not imagine going any where else. They also happen to be crazy good at what they do, and are committed to your oral health. Super committed. Dr Kasner and crew are the best! I’ve never had a better experience getting a tooth drilled out for crown. Dr Kasner and Dre made what would normally be a dreaded experience into something, dare I say, enjoyable. Highest recommendation!

I used to see Dr. Ditrano in this office. When he retired I continued being a patient. Each and ever time I go for a simple cleaning I get pestered about taking X-rays. I don't get cavities. I don't need them each year or even every other year. One of the staff actually told me they "legally have to do X-rays", which is a complete and total lie. If you don't mind being a tool and getting treatments you don't need, then this is a great dentist. Wow! Typically a visit to the dentist is filled with anxiety and fear for me but not at Artisan Dentistry! Dr. Kasner and her team are amazing and always keep me laughing! They’ve created a very welcoming and friendly environment and are excellent at what they do! Kathy my hygienist was awesome and made my deep cleaning procedure relaxing and a breeze! Such a fun environment and I still can’t believe I’m talking about a dentist office. 10 out 10 would recommend!

OK so let me be 100% honest here. I spent alot of my 20s scared of going to the dentist, I have a lot of extra "sensitivity" and the dentist really stresses me out. Cut to Feb 2018 when I thought my teeth were fighting against me and I ran into Artisan Dentistry for a last minute appointment. Dr.K is so patient and kind, and pretty funny too! Dre is my favorite and now I'm attached to them both so they hold my dental future in their hands! I've never completed a treatment plan with a dentist appointment and it did take 3 years to clean up my nonsense, I'm one filling away from being done!

Dr. Kasner and her staff are consummate professionals. I have never been more excited to go to the dentist and have referred multiple friends and colleagues to the practice. If you are looking for a kind, thorough and honest dentist - look no further. Would give a sixth star if I could!

Let me first start off by saying that I have generalized anxiety (yay! Lol) but, anytime I have a dental appt coming up that anxiety is quadrupled. This has not been the case with Artisan Dentistry! I am so happy that I finally found a dentist who doesn't just try to push their patients in and out of the office like a revolving door. Every staff member including Dr. Kasner is kind, patient, thorough & personable.

This office is a true treasure. I'm always treated with such care and respect, everyone is friendly and understanding that dentist visits can be stressful. Dr. Kasner is able to explain issues clearly, and never makes me feel rushed through an appointment. (Additionally, it's inspiring to be a patient under an all-female team!)

As far as Covid precautions, they're procedures are A+. I really appreciate not having to feel anxious about that on TOP of any other tooth problem I'm having!

One of the best dentistries in Sacramento, walking into there feels like home. Always welcomed with a warm smiles even the desk ladies feel like a best friend. Made my father who dreaded any dentistry work anticipate every appointment. Love this place forever and always!

I'm moving out of state and one of my biggest regrets in having to leave Darcy Kasner and the great staff she's assembled at Artisan Dentistry. I've been through so many dental practices that felt like I was being passed around from associate to associate. With Artisan, you're greeted (and checked for Covid) with a smile, and you get Darcy or one of her excellent hygienists. And the work Darcy does is best reflected in a conversation we had about whether the chipped front tooth she'd just repaired should be exactly even with the other. Long story short, because of family connections, I had been having my teeth cleaned by dental assistants at a pediatric office for about a decade. I finally decided to switch to Dr. Kasner at Artisan Dentistry because her office is conveniently located within walking distance of where I live. I forgot what it was like to go to an adult dentist and to have my teeth cleaned by an actual dental hygienist!
The office space is no frills, but the staff and service at Artisan Dentistry are exceptional. I have had four appointments here, and I always feel very well taken care of. I trust the care I receive

My wife and I both recently began using Dr. Kasner as our dentist. We couldn't be happier. She is very detailed, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Her office staff is friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Dr. Kasner gets an A+ high recommendation from us.

I’ve always been terrified of the dentist office, cry as soon as I walk through the door but I don’t at Artisan Dentistry. It’s very relaxing inside, everyone is so friendly and nice and relatable which makes me feel calm. I was very anxious for my appointment and when I shared this, Andrea kindly offered me a blanket and pillow, which was a first for me but instantly helped. When finding a dentist I don't really put a whole lot of work in finding a place, I just jump on my insurances' website and find one in network. Find this place and said why not, can't be bad. Well if my luck would have it I picked a damn good place! The staff is extremely nice, they care about your health, and very very personable. I never really cared for my previous dentists, nothing wrong with them but this place goes above and beyond when it comes to their patients.

Dr. Kasner is exceptional! She is a fantastic dentist. She takes the time to explain her approach and is thoughtful, thorough and patient. In addition to being a great dentist she is kindhearted. It is awesome to find a dentist who is more focused on her patients than selling services. She's amazing with my kids and my parents. Definitely the family dentist.

Dr. Kasner and her staff are amazing. They do really good and thorough work and the Doctor is very much in the business of helping and not just after your money... She has been very transparent on various ways to handle dental problems with treatment of me being the top priority.

I first saw Dr. Kasner for a cleaning back in July, after having had the same dentist (in a different state) from age 8 to age 32. The cleaning was great and she and her staff were super friendly and accommodating, so I was like, "Cool, I'm gonna go back to this dentist again."

Flash forward to a few months later, when I was in a bad bike accident that fractured my maxilla (upper jaw) and badly damaged several of my teeth (like almost broke them off). I contacted Dr. Kasner's emergency line and she immediately got in touch with me (after hours, no less) to have me seen at her

Dr. Kasner and her team are wonderful. I needed a crown on one of my old silver fillings that had broken. She was able to squeeze me in as my tooth was hurting. I did not feel a thing. My crown came out great and I will be going there forever
