The man is amazing! Came to Taylor Three years ago. Had problems with the IRS owed over $250.000 for six years behind in my mortgage and had tons of various debts. Nicole and the team at Randolph Law Firm where incredible! I was going through some financial hardship with my credit cards due to COVID-19 and I found their advertisement through a Google search. I called the office and Maria, their front office associate, was sweet and answered all my questions. I then went into a meeting, which was the week before, and Maria helped me to see a lawyer. I love how Nicole was very easy going and took me through the steps of the bankruptcy filing. She always answers my emails and always answers my questions. After several years of getting no where with the IRS except for 10's of thousands more in interest and fees with another attorney, we turned to Taylor Randolph based on the reviews for the firm. Thank you everyone! Even though it took longer than Taylor first estimated it would to get us out of the situation, he and his staff did it. Taylor charged a flat fee and we were worried it would go up after there were a few roadblocks thrown in the way. But, it didn't. What a relief to be done with the IRS. After our first meeting I was already feeling better. With a few weeks we our payments taken care of and in 3 months it was all behind us. Now they handle our return every year. Not a pleasant visit to this office. Poor customer service since I walked in, and unprofessional help!! Representative was not helpful at all with my needs, just told me there was nothing they could do with my situation and basically I was on my own with this matter!! Would not recommend this place to anyone needing help with their tax problems! It seems like this company is more worried about their reviews, than their customers satisfaction!!! What a shame for a company of this magnitude to try and cover their *** by replying with something truly false!!! Never going back, when theirs thousands
