Charles (the technician) was prompt and right down to taking care of business without a lot of unnecessary questions. It was one of the best experience’s I’ve had with roadside assistance and Charles was friendly and courteous!!! Great place to do business with especially being stuck on the highway! And the owner was right down to business getting his guy on the job, I appreciated the great customer service. More businesses are needed like this one!

Bill Walker and Charles literally saved the day for us. We were trapped all night on the shoulder of 26 in the mountains due to a blown out tire in our RV. Bill picked up the phone very early Sunday morning and sent us Charles who is awesome, competent and super professional. He had all the right tools and really knew what he was doing. God bless him! On our second to last day of being in the Maggie Valley / Asheville, NC areas for vacation, we had a tire blowout.
The Walker Tire rep my fiancé spoke with was very courteous, helping us locate ourselves at a gas station (several miles outside of Asheville) relative to their location.
After calling multiple tire facilities, it was clear nobody would have our tire size in stock the same day. Walker Tire told us they could have it overnighted, mounted (installed), and balanced well before noon the next day. And that's exactly what happened.

A JOKE! Coming from someone who has worked in multiple tire stores. This place is pathetic. Unprofessional people sitting around talking. Dropped of my truck to have the wheels changed. " it'll be ready in 45min.-1hr". 2 HOURS later I come back to find they haven't even started and it would be another 40 minutes before they do. Save time and money and go somewhere else!

My 91 year old dad went in for some work last week. What he took it in for they did but one thing they said they put a new part on they didn't but it was on paper they did and also charged for it. He was suspicious over driving by and seeing his car just running car unlocked away from store. Anyways he took vehicle to a local car repair place to find out there was not a new part put on. My dad confronted them they admitted it and did give him the money they charged him for it. We're also now suspicious if they really aligned the vehicle.

Kevin took my call past midnight, got the details and set me up for a tire repair on our RV while in Maggie Valley. Couldn’t believe the customer service and how well taken care of i was.
Traveling w a 3 and 8 yo 1100 miles from home is already stressful at times. We were out of commission for a bit and land locked in our cabin but at least we weren’t out of luck.
We got back up and running and got to finish having fun in Maggie valley.
Cost an arm and a leg but it was a Sunday, on an RV, same day. I can’t complain about cost.

Purchased aftermarket wheels, new tires, and a leveling kit and had them installed on our new truck. Great pricing, great service, great experience. Last week we were camping in Fletcher, NC just outside Asheville. I noticed a gouge in my passenger front tire. I contacted the FMCA tire benefit website to locate a local tire dealer. I contacted Walkers Tire and Auto Care in Asheville. What a great help they were. I explained that we were pulling out to head home to Florida and noticed the tire issue. They told me they would locate the Michelin Tire and call me back. Within 30 minutes they located a tire and would have it at the store by 8 AM the next day. They are running a scam to swindle people $100 a pop by monopolizing all the parking in a 100 yard radius. I stopped by to ask directions from a neighboring business and they put a boot on my car demanding $100 to remove. It literally happened in less than 3 minutes, meaning they are just sitting there waiting to do this to people.
Complete slime-bag scam tactic to prey on unsuspecting people. They should be audited.

I would avoid this business at all costs. They are now so desperate for business that they attaching boots to the cars of unsuspecting people and charging them $100.00+ dollars or the possibility of having your car towed. They own all the land around a small Hispanic Food Store on the opposite side of Emma Road in Asheville , so if you park anywhere around the store they can get you for illegal parking. This was my first time ever stopping in this area, thought I would try out the little market, went in and came out of the market after 5 minutes with a boot on my car. When 2 gentlemen came over
