Took my mom's car in a few weeks ago for an oil change and rotation. I was driving it today and steering felt a bit different. Realized the the wider drive tires had both been put on the front. Ran by the shop to ask them to switch them back. Something that should take about 5 min. They said they couldn't do it that day but I could make an appointment. Since I am working the next day, soonest I could get it done was in a week. Fact is they shouldn't have made this mistake in the first place. And they should have corrected it when I brought it back in. Make an appointment for them to fix a mistake

I never leave reviews but this place deserves 5 stars, especially Fred. He went above and beyond to help me and was over all one of the most friendly and most kind people I have met in a long time. Was recommended here by a good friend and I would totally recommend anyone to come here. Fred listened to all of my concerns and was beyond caring and helpful. If you get a chance, check Jason’s out for excellent customer service and car care.

This shop impressed me in more ways than one. Everywhere else gave me a quote either much more expensive or had me waiting 2+ weeks. They got me in the very next day and ordered the part that I thought I might need before even seeing my vehicle so that they could get me in and out as quickly as possible. They did a great job. Great prices. Great customer service.
