I was new to the area and was looking for a service for my fur, family. I google for get services near me and their name came up. So I reached out to them to set an appointment for my fur companion and then brought her in for the appointment. Now knowing that my fur companion was kinda aggressive and was a fear biter I was a little apprehensive that they would even see her , for she had to be muzzled when I took her in. I just want to say, if you're in an emergency situation, they are definitely the place to go to. I was attempting to save a feral kitten without luck and called numerous places to try to get the kitten in to have it euthanized, as it was in terrible shape without any luck. I called Lange and They told me to start heading that way and they were able to help last minute. 😦 The staff was super helpful, compassionate, and accommodating to us and I am forever grateful. I couldn't have watched it suffer any longer and don't know what I'd have done without these wonderful group of people. Definitely

My moms dog was very sick, she took her dog in and they gave him 2 shots and pills for nausea. 3 days later we are having to take him to Grayson County Animal Emergency Clinic for them to tell us he's in kidney failure, has 3 kidney stones and diabetic. She took her dog to Lange at least once a month ( for a year) bc it seemed like he always had… something wrong with him, he'd had blood work done and such but never caught any of the fatal signs...?? We just don't understand and now my mom is left heartbroken bc she had to put her best friend of 10 years to sleep Sat night.

I have been a customer of theirs for over 14-15 years. Being an Guide I have also brought them the business of the outfitters I work for, and others. But here recently haven’t been able to get a appointment that isn’t months out. I am really disappointed that after all these years of business means nothing to them. I’ll be finding another vet. As will some of my friends, family and co-workers who used them. Real bad taste in my mouth from these guys now.

We used to love this vet! They were quick, very helpful and pricing was great! I’ve recommended numerous friends and strangers to this vet. Just brought my dog here waited 45 mins to be seen (with an appointment) and pricing had gone up significantly. We will not be bringing our 3 fur babies back here.

Thank you to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to get the Purina Rep to help us getting a special dry food for our Toby. His tummy is so sensitive that he can’t eat anything else. You all always go… that extra mile for both Toby and Whiskers. I can’t thank you enough. Now with a full belly they can take their naps with ease.

It's such a cliché, but they truly treat your pets like their own. I had just moved to town and precious Corgi, Mac, wasn't feeling well. Dr. Riddles was so patient and explained everything to me, even when I asked him to repeat and clarify a few things. He never acted like he was too busy or a burden for asking follow questions. The vet tech was also so sweet and patient with me.
Ultimately, Mac crossed the rainbow bridge, but they made me feel at peace with the decision.
They are also very cautious with COVID precautions.

Being a dog mommy can be tough. I visited this veterinary for the first time 12/28, for their cremation service for our beloved little baby girl. I had to return for another emergency visit for my senior pet on 1/5- talk about stress, right!?!? The service that I received from a young man named Cory - was exceptional!! Due to COVID, both visits had to be curbside and I never actually met the veterinarian. The assistant, Cory came to our aid with such respect, genuine care and knowledge!!!! I've never been treated this good at a vet, before. I knew with my last visit being an emergency visit

My wife and I brought a puppy from a breeder in the area and wanted to take it to a vet and get it checked out before we made the long drive back to Houston.
We saw Dr Riddles, he was very thorough and nice. Asked a lot of questions and reviewed the breeders paper work.
Everyone in the office was very nice, if we lived in Sherman this would be out vet!

My family has been taking our animals to Dr. Lange for over 30 years. He and his staff have taken tremendous time and effort to ensure their safety and health and also, our peace of mind. I just returned from New York City with a cat I adopted in Brooklyn who was on daily medication for stress related urinary tract infections and they have taken to seeing her with no problems. I can't say enough about this place being awesome and well-run. If you live in this area and need a good vet who will work with you and your pet, I highly recommend this establishment.

I love the vet's at doc Lange's, and all they guys u deal with are great and very caring of your pet and friendly, but the front desk girls are a different story, I mean come on say hello when people come in and how are u and can I help u, NOT JUST WHO'S NEXT!!! And at least act like u like the animals, instead of stare and act like u are better, he needs to get a handle on the girls on good customer service!!!!! I think they forget the customers are paying and that's how they get paid!!!

I have been consistently disappointed in the lack of professionalism and practices of the Lange Vet office. My dog was a patient of theirs while she resided in a foster home in Sherman. The vet records from their office were incomplete and handwritten - this would not be a problem if she were a permanent patient, but they did not consider that she was a foster, and in transferring the dog to a new vet, the records were not considered proof of vaccination (as they were written in the vet's own shorthand),. All of the vaccines had to be administered again.
