Dr. Chou holds double medical doctorate degrees from the USA and China. She earned her DAOM(doctorate of acupuncture and oriental medicine) from University of Five Branches in California, and her TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) PHD from Zhejiang University in China. She is a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist in the state of Arizona and is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
