In the many cities I've lived in, I've never met mechanics with more integrity. Their work is top notch and fairly priced and Ed will guide you away from unnecessary work. They have fixed all of our cars in emergencies, inspected any new car we've considered buying, and I won't trust anyone else to do routine maintenance. I tell everyone I know about this place. As a woman, I've never felt patronized and Ed and his team have always dealt with me on equal terms; that alone says a lot about this place! They are a true gem in the city of Syracuse.

I took my car to multiple shops in Cuse and got upcharged and run around. Autotech is the first shop that's been good to me, given me fair prices, and are friendly. They've repaired my VW GTI multiple times and they always explain the problem and get me in and out quick. Make sure to schedule ahead because everyone goes here.
