I can't rave enough about the quality of service and care my car got. I take very good car of my car and I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. My car was do for a detail and had some swirl marks from a previous car wash center and they talked me through how they would get it out. They kept me updated about what was going on with my car and what they were doing. They are also very affordable for the quality of work. I really can't recommend them enough... they literally do everything there by the way! Picked up my car from a detail and dropped my boyfriends off for a broken

I had one of the guys there tint my windows on my 1999 porsche he came to my job picked it up and then upon returning my car the windows were tinted which was fine but he also told me he used a heat gun on my car and from that he burned my drivers side leather door panel and ruined it I confronted him about the situation and he told me he did not do it and it was like that when he picked it which is not true and i have pictures to prove that now i dont know about the rest of the employees there but I wouldn’t have an employee that ruins ppls cars and wont admit it ... so at this time i will b

My car had completely died. New life auto salon had done exactly what their name says, put a new life in my car. I needed new coils, new air intake and a new rear catalytic converter, and New Life Auto Salon really helped me get everything done for an amazing price. I got my Honda detailed here. They restored it to its former glory! I had been using well water to wash it and the paintwork was destroyed and it didn't help that it is a black car! Once again, I came back to New Life Auto Salon to get my almost 6 year old Subaru Forester cleaned on the inside and out. Due to cat urine hitting the passenger seat and rear driver seat, among general dirt, stains, etc. that comes with using the car - Charissa's team did a FABULOUS JOB! It feels brand new... (and NO Cat Pee smell!)

Note I am a returning customer who probably would have left a 4 star review in the past--if I ever wrote those. My most recent experience w/ New Strife Auto Salon was horrendous. Caitlin answered the phone and is pleasant enough but not terribly knowledgable about their services/products. Whatever, I can deal with that from an appointment clerk. Besides, she was friendly and courteous upon my arrival. Good stuff here.
What I won't deal with is sh**ty attitude from the owner who's supposed to care about good client relations. Sherisa (sp?) is a total sweetheart but her counterpart, Sloppy

Have had 2 interior / exterior details done in the last year as well as window tinting. Charissa and Joe took a look at my SUV and recommended the correct services and products for what I needed. I've just been WOWED, and with my OCD, that doesn't happen very easily. I took our truck into New Life Auto Salon after my wife's dress accidentally dyed the seats blue in our pickup truck. I was told by the owner that they'd be able to remove the dye by shampooing the upholstery. The owner also recommended that they scotch guard the seats to prevent it from happening again. I scheduled the appointment and had the work completed at my convenience.
I had the work completed yesterday and WOW!!! I can't even tell the seat was ever dyed blue, they look brand new!! This

New Life Auto Salon, what a great find! After seeing their shop for years I finally had my older truck detailed. It looks better than ever! Logan did a great job! He vacuumed the interior better than anyone else in Napa:) The outside looks amazing too. He also took some extra time to get some "haze" off of a few windows. Thank you, Logan! I also want to thank Charissa in the office, she is fantastic! If you want your car shining like new, take it to NLAS! The price is right too.

This is a review of New Life Auto Salon in Napa.
I bought a brand new Honda Odyssey van in July of 2015. On 4th of July we parked near the fireworks at Calistoga fair. Debris from the fireworks landed on the roof and hood, embedding into the finish (I will never park close to fireworks again, ever!) It's as though the hot embers melted into the finish which created a sort of heavy sandpaper texture. This was a brand new vehicle and I thought the finish was ruined.

Talk about going above and beyond with quality of work and customer service. I am about to have twins and wanted to get a deep cleaning on my car, removing dog fur, beach life, and camping grime so my little babes would have a clean surface to puke on when they get here. I have had my car cleaned and detailed before, knowing they are the only ones in town with the right equipment to actually steam clean leather and so it was a natural choice to return to them for business.

A young lady answered the phone each time I called and she was very helpful. She explained exactly what would be cleaned and how (their detail package basically starts at $250 but can be higher or lower depending on several factors). It's a very inclusive package, nothing is left out. They had good availability for appointments. Unfortunately, their price was higher than most others, perhaps a reflection of the quality or scope of detailing, but I was able to find a lower price ($150) for a similar level of

We took our car to this shop because of all the great Yelp reviews. We needed some scratches on the hood of our almost 2 year old car buffed out. When we picked up our car, it looked like most of the scratches were gone. However, after one wash later, all the scratches were visible again. For this, they charged us $225. We do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I had taken my Lexus over here at least three times now. They are always so nice and never charge me for unnecessary service. Joe is a great guy and he is so helpful. He reminds of a big huggable teddy bear :). My car had a check engine light at one time and he gave me the code and he said that based on the code I can still drive the car no problem once he cleared it.
