Charming 1860 Victorian 4-bedroom Cottage, the subject of a feature article in the 1992 issue of Victorian Homes 'Grandmothers' Cottage', is located in the happening village of Rosendale. New Paltz is a town in Ulster County with about 14,000 residents and lots of personality. With fewer than 600 people, Accord is a small hamlet in Rochester along US 209. Surrounded by fruit orchards and mountains, Accord is home to farmers and truck drivers who have been there for generations as well as city folk from Manhattan who either come for the summer or live there year-round in an effort to get away from the city noise and people.

I just closed on my house in Modena, NY and I can honestly say that Colucci Shand is the best realtor team around. Vicki Beach went above and beyond, for over a year, to help me and my boys find the very best house that suits us. Even when I felt like I'd never find a house in my price range, she encouraged me not give up. The service didn't stop… there-everyone in that office is there to help you. Not to mention, they have a good size box truck for you to use to move all your stuff to your new house. I can't say enough good things about Colucci Shand and I highly recommend them!

We worked with Colucci Shand Realty to get our house in Highland, NY sold. One of their Realtor was Linda Majetich Hansen. She was such a pleasure to work with. Before we decided to work with her, we had looked for a few other offices. But she really spoke to me, because she is very straight forward.
After hearing other Realtors low balling our house, it almost felt like she was estimating our house kind of high. But now after this process is all done, she really got more out of the deal then we (or the other realtors) expected! She knows what she is doing...
