I usually do not write reviews but figured people ought to know the situation at this realty. Every time I visit, the people living here give me no respect. I never get a hello back and most of the time if not ignored get a mean look back my way. At first I didn't understand why this may be, but after a couple visits I just felt that younger people are not welcome here.

Its seems like very friendly and nice people living there, but some of them just smile in your face and talk about you behind your back. Lived here almost 2 years and it was pretty smooth ride with my landlord (he was great, never had a single problem) and our neighbors (building 511, 3rd floor) They were all great ! I was living with the roommate and we are in our 20's... Most of the people were really nice and we made some friends for the lifetime! BUT! Some neighbors were just snakes in the grass. Board will fine you for everything and anything if they will get a chance. Even if its their fault

Just moved in recently. Pretty safe and clean place to live, free continental breakfast every day, always a lot of surface parking spaces. The five stars are especially given to the maintenance service, Bob and George. You two are so nice and helpful, I am lucky to have you two as maintenance group. Barbara is nice and always friendly.
