Radius Fitness services will cover the three main necessities to stay healthy; cardio, flexibility, and overall body strength. The cycle classes will cover cardio health of our patrons. With the latest technology incorporated into our cycle classes, customers will be engaged in their workouts. This will allow riders to track their results on a calorie burn level as well as a performance level.

I love Radius! Josh and Caren (the owners) and all the instructors are awesome. I love that I can mix it up with different types of workouts that kick my butt in different ways. Also important to note, I was in the worst shape of my life when I started here and I've lost like 40 inches in my bod-- gotta love it when it works!

I love this gym. The Spin classes are the best I’ve ever been to. Super fun and energetic that you almost forget you’re getting a kick butt workout. I’ve also had great experiences with the childcare. My 19month old loves going, and I love that I don’t have to worry about finding a babysitter to work out. Highly recommend!

Getting back to structured exercise. Its been a minute or two. Josh was amazing. Very encouraging, made sure my form was correct to prevent injury, and he pushed enough to make my muscles know they were working but had me back off when he saw it was too much. Definitely looking forward to more classes and an improved physique.

I enjoyed not feeling intimidated by the class. Karen was very helpful and walked me through the work out and how to use the correct form. I started to feel sick because I’m not use to it and she kept saying “ listen to your body” “go at your own pace”. I feel very welcomed and I will joining another class. Thank you

Best Humans I know. When I moved to the area, my first goal was to find a gym. I called radius and immediately hit it off with Caren. From my first day there I was hooked. The instructors are down to earth and everyone is there to feel great at any level. I’m down weight, I have muscle I thought I would never have, and through Josh’s training I figured out how to use my core properly which resulted in my chronic back problems to be reduced tremendously.

Love this workout fitness center, small but you get a great workout. The instructors are very helpful and up beat! I have not done the Yoga but did the fitness class and have back issues Josh let me modify when I needed to but still helped me feel motivated. But my favorite is the spinning, did not think I would like it but I love it! Very good workout and great for my back issues. I recommend Radius Fitness to all!

I have been to many classes and I am not the most athletic, but that doesn't stop them from making me feel special and like I've really accomplished something.

Simply put, I love this place. It's what I never knew I was missing! Hands-down it has the friendliest group of talented instructors. Each passionate about what they do. Whether you're at the top of your game or the last time you stepped into a gym was a lifetime ago, the smaller classes are designed to give you the challenge of personal coaching and they never feel intimidating because they're filled with members of literally all levels. If you're not sure where to start, I've tried (and LOVE) their Cycle & Yoga combo class, Yoga Sculpt, Boxing, Yoga & Meditation

Positive: the gym is gorgeous, the Instructors/owner seem upbeat and helpful and amazing! I walked into the cycle room and I was so excited, backlights, awesome bikes, great vibe! THE BIKE SENDS YOU A SUMMARY OF YOUR WORKOUT!!! amazing right?
Not so positive: MUSIC.... the class itself was fine, I got my sweat on but I was...bored.
I don't go to spin class to have a coffee shop vibe, I go to spin to feel upbeat and powerful and energized, to work on my fitness. Sure some slow
