Bodybar Fitness
One of the most important points is that in order to lift the total weight of the body it is necessary to have strength in the muscles of the arm and those of the back. If you are looking for an exercise that improves your core, your back, and the strength of your arms in record time, do not hesitate: learn how to do pull-ups.

The pull-ups will undoubtedly bring a qualitative leap to your workouts and be one of the paradigms of functionality since there is nothing more functional than lifting your own body. It is indeed considered a demanding exercise. Still, we do not want it to be a barrier for you, so we have included a section on how to start introducing yourself to the world of pull-ups regardless of your level.

Our team assesses your abilities in the form of a fitness report. It will allow you to take stock of your physical conditions through targeted exercises. It's not a simple fitness report; it's a series of tests that will be redone after several weeks of registration to show you concrete proof of your progress.
The main advantage of doing an exercise routine at home is that it represents a great time saver. One of the main limitations that we currently have when it comes to playing sports is time. Getting home on time to pick up the gym bag, move around, do my hour-long routine on the treadmill, shower, and go home is often unaffordable.
Calisthenics is part of functional training, and it is one of the training currents that we like the most because it requires a minimum of material and at the same time has great versatility and a variety of exercises without losing effectiveness. Many calisthenics exercises represent the basic activities that have allowed us to survive as a species, such as jumping, hanging, and climbing, for example.

I've been trying to find somewhere similar to Session Pilates in Dallas and this is the closest I've found in Fort Worth but there is a lot of room for improvement. The music is never loud enough. There are not enough class times. And some of the instructors especially Kristen act as if they hate teaching. They don't act excited or happy to see people at all. They complain the entire class and walk around with crossed arms and mean looks. Additionally they have billing issues and the costs are much higher than better studios I went to in Dallas. They should add cool downs as the

Such a great studio. I've taken Pilates for years from mat to reformer on Peak and Balanced Body, to many other infusion techniques. Reformer based classes are not the easiest to construct but I think BODYBAR has done a great job with their instructors and variety of class options whether you like a slowmore traditional vibe or faster pace . I Tried them all and I liked their REFORMER [w/ Adrien] and JUMP [w/Maggie] the most. Overall the studio is beautiful, you feel healthy, zen and accomplished, just from waking in and everything is easy to get to and set up. Plus the front desk staff is

AVOID THIS STUDIO AT ALL COSTS. I was visiting FW from Southern California and was so excited that BodyBar had "Balanced Body" reformers and further assumed they are an official "Balanced Body" trained studio. BOY, WAS I WRONG!! Even when I said I was visiting, I was not asked to sign any kind of release and was never asked if I'd ever taken Pilates before. The class was horrifically dangerous with the COMPLETELY wrong spring settings and exercises/set-ups that put their members at risk for terrible injuries. At no time did the instructor (who came highly recommended

Great little pilates studio. Though there is only one room, they do offer a variety of class types and times so you can usually find something that fits your schedule or interest. Studio is clean and I've always left the class feeling like I've gotten a good workout (and am certainly sore the next day).

If you are new to pilates or have never used a reformer machine before, give it a try. It's a surprisingly challenging workout that can be adapted for low-impact and target muscles you didn't even know you had.

I tried to sign up for class with my workout partner. I got a spot and she didn't. I had to go to class alone and when I got there, there were 3 open spots. This happens ALL the time and it's maddening. So frustrated with this place.

I take classes here almost everyday. The instructors are fun to be around and motivate you to continue through the workout even though it's tough. It's a great workout and you can see results almost immediately. I always try to get all my friends to come with me, you definitely won't regret trying it out!
