Lex is a great trainer and a decent dude. I've gotten bigger and stronger because of Lex. He's got an old school mentality, which is exactly what I wanted. He does a great job of teaching you proper lifting technique but also explaining why the workouts are structured the way they are.
I've learned a lot and gotten stronger. Not much more I could ask for from a trainer.

If you’re looking for disciplined, organized and fun training, Lex is the man to go to. From the equipment being used to the type of exercises given , Lex provides professionalism every time I walk into his gym and would refer him to anyone who’s looking to take their fitness goals to the next level . Working with Lex as my personal trainer has been life changing. I was happy with my weight so we focused on strength. Not going to lie, the first few sessions kicked my butt and my lactic threshold was definitely pushed but each week got better and better!
I have gone to various gyms/classes on and off over the years and done lots of cardio and work on the machines but now I know that what I really needed was a more classic approach to fitness that Lex provided perfectly.
I've noticed immediate changes to my body and feel stronger and more confident than I ever have before. I highly recommend

Came to Lex to help get in shape for joining the military. He definitely helped push me and I made noticeable progress pretty quickly. There were quite a few times where I struggled a bit, but he always made sure I could finish my workout. Wish I could stick around to train with a bit longer. I definitely recommend Lex if you are looking to get stronger.

I've been working with Lex Ronin since July/August of 2019 and couldn't be happier with the results achieved.
I began as a 67 yo in reasonably good health who, in the previous year, had lost 60 lbs and needed to firm up. I was also wanted to build up (not bulk up) my upper body strength.
Lex has been great to work with, even going virtual during the pandemic shut down, mixing routines up to stay fresh and interesting while having the maximum benefit to my goals.

This guy definitely pays for the good reviews. All he does is talk on his phone and play with the dog. Really old facilities and equipment that came from the dumpster. I couldn't get a refund from him, so thankful that chase have me a refund. You will sweat more running up the stairs or jazzercise with some elderly ladies. Do not waste your money.

This place was a-amazing! He's a great trainer that will really push you in a safe way and he knows how to work with literally anyone. His is so full of energy and his own positive attitude towards life really keeps ya going. People who are getting out of hospital stays all the way to body building fitness competitors go to lex. In all my years of training, I've never had a personal trainer for any real stretch of time. When I finally had a break in schedule, I searched several trainers and selected Lex. I was compelled by his enthusiasm and motivated by his classic approach. The movements are traditional power movements, body weight repetitions and kettle bells to tie it all together. The gym is simple and no nonsense and allows for complete focus. After a month, I learned a lot and made real progress. Thanks Lex!

I worked with Lex 3 days/ week over 8 weeks while traveling on a management consulting project in Dallas. Lex made a huge positive difference in a short amount of time - I feel and look noticeably stronger and more toned. After 5 years of sitting at a desk, stuffing myself on my corporate meal expense account, and generally just being your stereotypical couch potato I decided I had enough and decided to get back into shape. Mind you, I have made this decision a couple dozen times in the past few years, and it might last 3 weeks or a month max. Just when I thought I knew everything I needed to know about health and fitness in comes Ronin Fitness to shatter so many of the those misconceptions that were keeping me from getting results. I have made gains I never would have made on my own. I have injuries that are still healing from over zealous training in the past and Lex takes those injuries into consideration when customizing my workouts while still making every session a challenge.
