What are the assigned schools? What is the parking policy? 1 vehicle is permitted per licensed resident and surface lot parking is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Assigned parking spots are available in our garage for an additional monthly fee. Can visitors park overnight? Yes, visitors are welcome to park overnight.

This is honestly one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. The halls and lobby areas are cleaned daily and are very nicely taken care of. Joelies, one of the building managers is one of the most helpful and pleasant individuals I've had the pleasure of knowing at this complex! She is so great at her job, and anytime you need anything she is very friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend living at this facility, and I am sad to leave, due to moving out of state.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the very first phone call Joelies (who works in the rental office) has been nothing short of amazing. She is by far one of the most professional and efficient people I have ever come across. She assisted me throughout the initial application process and continues to go above and beyond. I can't imagine the Highland at Faxon Woods without her. As far as the apartment itself, I couldn't be happier. It really feels like"home". The amenities are great, the complex is quiet and kept clean. I am very pleased and highly recommend. It is one of the best places

One of the best places to live in Quincy, living here from last 6 years and never had any problems with Robin and Jonalis and their exceptional maintainence team. Everything has degraded from last 1 year with the new management. They don even try to listen to your concerns or issues. Not a right place to come and call it your Home ☹️

This building once upon a time was ran by great people that worked with dignity, integrity and respect! They fired the best people and they brought two people from out of Mass to run the building. These people have broken the community. They are entitled and unprofessional! look somewhere else seriously if your'e looking for a place to call HOME; yes it may be pretty and the plants look nice outside. I will leave it there. Good luck in your apartment search .

There's not enough room to talk about all the great things at Highland apartment.
Brenda and Joelies are so peasant to interact with, very laid back and helpful.
Our first night we were confused about the a/c and maintenance was there by the time I lifted my finger up from send.
I'm also very impressed with the cleanliness, I don't have huge expectations regarding trash rooms but ours is clean and smells nice.

We just moved into Highlands of Faxon Woods & it has been amazing so far! We worked with Brenda during our "virtual tour" due of COVID. She walked us through the apartment thoroughly & was fantastic during our application process. She has been a great resource! Jo is super friendly & helped any answer questions we had about the property. I highly recommend Highlands of Faxon Woods for your next move - very clean, safe and the community is organized. We are looking forward to spending the summer on their patio!

Highlands at Faxon Wood is the first community that made me feel home. It is mainly because of 4 things.
1. Location: Very beautiful and a peaceful place to live. You get to experience the beauty of all seasons. My personal favorite is falls.
2. Management: Robin and Jonalis makes you feel home. The moment you are here they take good care of you. They really care for the residents and surprisingly they know you by name and your apartment number. This still surprises me how??
3. Apartment size and price. You get value for your money. Kitchen is my personal fav space!
