"I haven’t moved in quite yet as that is set for 1/8/22, however the experience so far has been beyond amazing. I’ve been working with Cydnee and she has been incredible. From setting up the original tour, to making time for an unannounced second visit. She is very knowledgeable on the community and all it has to offer. Her professionalism is something to be admired and paired with her genuine friendly demeanor it all made for a phenomenal experience and me choosing Alister Quincy as my new home. I’m relocating from TX and it has been so helpful to have Cydnee be so communicative and responsive

We recently moved to Alister Quincy and the staff has been more than helpful. They accommodated our request to change our move in date without any issues. Upon moving in, we had a few maintenance concerns but after submitting maintenance requests and notifying the staff, the issues were resolved very quickly. We really appreciate their commitment to going above and beyond to make sure that our move has been a smooth transition.

I wanted to leave a review because my whole experience here has been stellar and the property manager has gone out of her way to be helpful, far beyond what would be necessary.
We moved here from out of state and signed without being able to actually tour in person, so they got us a video of the property and took measurements for us. After we got here, one of us had to live here, while the other had to get our home in Oklahoma ready to sell. That’s hard enough to do regularly, but to facilitate in separate states, even more so. Alister was right there with us, every step of the way, and Chelsea

This review is mostly for the residents that live here
Some residents have an entitlement issue. For example my downstairs neighbors expects us to not make any noise at all. They knock on our door when they hear anything. They told us we were jumping around and “marching”, My husband and I work/go to school we are to tired to jump around or march. Then they told us our subwoofer was too loud, even though it was on volume 10 and it was 9 pm (before quiet hours) they told us to turn it off (even though we didn’t have to) after we unplugged it and they came back knocking saying we didn’t

Don’t bother moving here if you want their shuttle service. Even though I’ve repeatedly made management aware that there are not enough seats and residents are frequently left behind, management has not been effective in getting more seats, let alone the seats that they’re even contracted for.
Without the shuttle, to get to Quincy center, it’s a 30 minute walk, $9 Uber ride, or $9 a day to park at Quincy Adams. Manageable, but having a shuttle alleviates the inconvenient location of Falls Boulevard.
Otherwise, Alister is an excellent, well-maintained property. I hope they can fix the

We lived at Alister for two years and loved it! It's a beautiful, quiet community that has more of a townhouse vibe than an apartment feel. The units are generously sized with lots of storage and in-unit laundry, which was a big selling point for us. Our unit had a gas fireplace and private views of the wooded area behind the buildings. They do a fantastic job maintaining the property and common areas, and they recently upgraded the main office, gym, and grill/fire pit.
