I've been working in Real Estate for 16 years and have worked with a lot of other agents. I listed my out of state condo with a previous agent and in less than 2 weeks I new it was a huge mistake since she did not have the knowledge and experience needed. Since real estate is in short supply, it's great that they handle new builds, existing properties, and rural properties as well as those in the city. I reached out to Matt with Good Company for some help trying to find a place for my mom to live. He paired us with Tammy and we are beyond grateful that we had her working by our side. Have bought and sold most of our homes over the years with Good Company and some of these have been difficult with plenty of pitfalls. Good Company has a whole team of people that are ultra responsive and extremely professional. Our last home purchase had so many issues that there is no way we could have closed the deal without their help and guidance. They are truly a FULL SERVICE agency and earn every penny of their commissions. There are people who can get'r done without a realtor; however I work 1/2 days (7-7) and don't have time to deal with the stuff than comes up in a real estate transaction. I know I am not the right guy and depend on my realtor to take care of it.
