I have been complaining about my upstairs neighbors for months now and nothing has been done. I work from home and have explained in detail the issue but nothing has been done. Every time I issue a complaint, I'm met with "we don't have any upstairs or openings at this time but we will let you know" It has been 4 months and I'm still in the same situation. I would leave but the amount to break a lease is ridiculous. Don't bother moving here because your complaints will go unresolved.

Maintenance issues are slow to be handled, if at all. They tell you there is an after hours maintenance person on call, but when you call the line, the people there tell you they only take messages for the next business day. We had our heat go out on the Friday night of a holiday weekend, and of course the temperatures that night and the next were in the upper 20’s. The third night the outside temperature was in the 40’s. I called several times each night, but ended up having to spend my own money on space heaters and putting the kids all in one room to sleep to keep warm. When the office opened

Staff: Very nice office Staff. The grass is cut IN THE FRONT, but sometimes the grass in the back near the canal is allowed to grow EXTREMELY long, so long that snakes are able to hide in plain sight. Maintenance staff take forever to do anything. Problems are rarely fixed or addressed. Mold, ceiling leaking, and bad pesticides make matters worse. Pool sometimes leak, no ceiling fans, kitchen is old and needs updates. Fights have broken out, people's cars have been damaged, there's also rarely parking left after 10pm. Overall it sucks.

When the a/c went out they took 2 days to come fix it and it was the summer time and this hppened 3 times. I pay to have a washer inside my apartment and I told them several times (7) that it shakes severely and causes a lot of noise. It disturbs me so I know it disturbs my neighbors and I hate to be rude to them but I have to wash my household clothes. It actually lifts off the ground and damages the dryer and the wall. Now the washer is leaking and I told them about this for 5 months now. It’s not worth 910 to stay here. More like 750

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! 1st of all, they tell you that the rent is a certain amount that includes water, but of course your bill fluctuates depending on the water bill every month. Secondly, pray that nothing breaks because if they feel it's not something that will damage their property, they WILL NOT fix it. I have been complaining about my air in my townhouse for months and it still hasn't been rectified. Spend your money elsewhere.
