What utilities are included in my lease? Rent includes water, trash, sewer and pest control. What kind of pets do you allow and what fees are involved? Cats and dogs are accepted. Exceptions are for restricted breeds. A non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 is required for each dog and$200.00 for each cat.

The place was nice, and clean. It had a beautiful view of the beach. The beds are ya know not the best it what are you gonna do! We did run out of toilet paper and had to run and find some! Lol... the only problem we had was despite putting the towels in the laundry and cleaning up and even making the beds. We got charged 100$ cleaning fee on top of the one they already charged. So that was disappointing. Of course it got disputed!

We have been at Nine27 for about two years, and we have had a great experience. The property manager is wonderful. She is very responsive and truly cares about the residents. We are very grateful for everything she has done for us. The maintenance crew members are pretty awesome as well; they are friendly, prompt, and do a great job.
We would recommend Nine27 Apartments to anyone.

Please do not waste your time with this apartment building. I will be moving to New Orleans from out of state for school, so I drove over 6 hours to tour apartments in the area. Nine27 WAS on the top of my list, until the experience I had today. We reserved an appointment for an apartment tour at 3:30 PM, yet we were not able to reach the leasing office upon arrival. We stayed for 15 minutes to see if anyone would show up and called multiple times to no avail. The office also does not close until 5 PM on Friday, so I’m not sure why someone wasn’t there to assist. I am EXTREMELY disappointed

Lived here for a year. The location is great but the building services are horrible. We had service orders opened from the day we moved in till we moved out. Freezer didn’t work properly. French doors to the balcony wouldn’t close so we payed a load for a/c and heating. AC went out in the summer (101 degrees and humid) and the guy left it overnight cause “it was 5 o’clock and time to go.” Our move in was a nightmare, no one to welcome us, keys didn’t work properly, door keys weren’t available, and didn’t have a parking spot for us ready. When I parked in the spot I was told to,

Please do not move here. You're paying close to 2000 for a one bedroom. The location is perfect but maintenance there....you can forget it. We put in SO many work orders and none got finished. The AC broke and was off for 4 days during the summertime, the floorboards are just glued on and break off and NO ONE comes and fixes them, there are roaches everywhere, the doors break and water leaks in during rainstorms. I will say that Deryl does try her best to help. She is the ONLY one there that works and has to service all these tenants and doesn't seem to get help from anyone else. She

I submitted am application and was called the next day about living here. I was promised to be called by the end of the day with feedback. Not only was I never called but as of now, almost 2 weeks later, I have not been contacted in any way. Obviously, I have no experience with living there but, if this is way they start with their potential tenets.....be careful.
