This Warranty provides that TriState Roofing will repair any leaks occurring in the TriState Roofing System, which includes TriState Roofing membrane, and other materials provided by TriState Roofing subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations described on the Warranty.
The Standard Material & Labor Warranty for original owner assures that TriState Roofing will restore the roof to a leak-free condition, replacing any TriState Roofing membrane or other supplied materials found to be defective, up to the original cost of the membrane.
