What I thought was a well done roof turned into the complete opposite. A week after install, the roof had numerous ( too many to count) rifts, bubbles, raised shingles that Eric Tellow (Owner), blamed on the structure of my roof and not his workmanship. I have patiently waited 6 months to meet Eric face to face and fix the entire roof or find a solution. He did not. In this time he sent someone to fix a few of the problems. I was left with in Eric's words: "There is nothing more that can been done and the roof is good". Furthermore his last message exclaimed there would no longer be any communication
