Gary Curry moved his family from Lansing, MI to Sarasota, FL in 1986 and founded Roofing by Curry soon after. For years, Gary was the sole employee with a helper now and again. As the years passed, he built a great reputation and created the company's memorable slogan; "Why Worry - Call Curry!" In 1997, when Lakewood Ranch was just starting off, Gary was there installing new roofs and building relationships.

Our crew will glue back together any cracked tiles using a 2-part foam adhesive and clear polyurethane solar sealant caulking. This secures them back into their proper place.

Roofing by Curry identified the source of my tile roof leak quickly, showed me pics of the issue, and was able to schedule the repair immediately. The work was completed very professionally by their repair crew. They’re honest and highly competent, with great customer service. Tried two other roofing companies before them to identify the leak, with no result. Highly recommend them.

We live in Sarasota, Fl and recently had our flat roof replaced by Roofing by Curry. From beginning to end the job was perfect. We had at least 10 estimates by other roofers, and Curry came out on top. Their pricing was good, the job done in 3 days, the warranty is the best, and the wind MIT inspection was included. We had questions on a couple of items when the job was completed and Jose the supervisor came out immediately, addressed the issue and had the work completed immediately. Pictures were taken throughout the process to show us exactly what was being done. Excellent company, excellent

My husband and I built a new house in Osprey in late 2017. Earlier this month we noticed a wet patch in the garage ceiling. We called our builder who immediately contacted Roofing by Curry, the company who installed the roof. The SAME day, we were contacted by Curry and an appointment was made for the technician to come out quickly. Eduardo Maldonado and Tahel Penaloza arrived at our home, on time (unbelievably) and quickly diagnosed the problem. Both technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was promised appointment with Craig 9:30 to 10:30 called at 11am and was told although that is what we discussed it was on his schedule at 1:00pm. I had another appointment and was offered a 4:30pm appointment. someone called and said he could just measure outside while I was gone. The. AJ showed up and refused to inspect the crawl. space for mold or other water damage. I am sorry but this was not what I had asked for. What a waste of my time!

What a surprise to have a positive experience with a roofing company. They were hired to fix a leaking roof. After removing the metal roofing it was discovered that the problem was different than we had expected and contracted. Sergio went above and beyond to find the actual source of the leak. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with metal roofing and patiently explained to me what was actually damaged and how it could be fixed. I felt comfortable that his new plan would fix he problem AND prevent leaks from other unrelated areas.

Needed a roof repair and dreaded calling roofers due to nightmare stories. My fears were quickly set aside in their professional and current estimating technology. A reasonable price was quickly presented and accepted with slight trepidation on my behalf. A start date was established, but were here a week before agreed date to start. Were in and out and done in a professional manner. No clean up required, if it wasn't for the new roofing, I wouldn't have known they were here. Great job, highly recommend.
