Rise31 was a great place, the instructors were a ton of fun, the owner was super nice but unfortunately COVID got to them and they had to close their doors. They are reopening but with a new owner and management. Anyone with classes on their account and that had used them recently, received an email that it was reopening and that we would get an update in a week or so, been 2 months almost and nothing....are you opening again?

I have been a member at Rise 31 for over a year now and I am not lying when I say this studio changed my life. Rise 31 allowed me to fall in love with fitness. Combining Spin and Yoga is what sets this studio apart and makes it so special. The spin classes are exhilarating, from the Instructors to the music to the lights, every class is 45 minutes of heart pumping fun! WARNING! Don't leave your credit card on file here. My daughter took classes here for 6 months. Never signed a contract as she is a minor. When she wanted to switch to package classes the owner demanded another month of dues and the staff was rude and made her feel like dirt. I told them to take my credit card off file and we paid them a whole month of dues in cash. My daughter never went back as she felt so uncomfortable. After being assured there would be no further charges... lo and behold another charge was put through for another month of dues. Fortunately, my credit card was declined

I visited rise31 twice within the last week and was thrilled with both experiences. As a new visitor to the studio, I felt welcomed, and valued. I took a 45 min cycling class with Matt, and 90 min In-Trinity / cycling / yoga class with Randi. From the check-in experience at the front desk, to the authenticity and passion of the instructors, to the state-of-the art facility, rise31 gets 5 stars all around.

Apparently the cafe is an illusion. The gym is Closed at 12:30p but the cafe with coffee and smoothies is open. Would I know this by the houses posted here? Nope. Got lucky, well, sort of, by just trying it when I went to charge my car. The cafe is the only coffee place in this shopping maul (spelled correctly) that has killed more stores and eateries than is normal for a center this new. A few weeks, a shift to a weaker coffee, and a couple of staff changes to some pretty unpleasant folks working the Saturday later, and I will find pretty much anything else other than this place to frequent.
